Tried out the new Cranberry location on Saturday. Was seated at an open table when we went in but after 15 minutes no one came to the table. We had to track down a random server and asked to be helped. Ordered 2 drinks and a pizza at that time. After wating 45 minutes, still no pizza. Had to track down another random server because ours was nowhere to be found. They sent our server to the table who told us the order was never received by the kitchen and this had happened multiple times. Had to wait another 15 minutes to finally get our pizza. The horable service along with the very noisey atmosphere are too much to handle. There are other eating places to spend your money.

Waited 20 minutes just for a server to say they don’t know who is supposed to be waiting on us. Ordered food and drinks just to watch three tables who sat after us to get their orders. After 2 hours of waiting for appetizers we refused to pay. Luckily the short manager was as ok with us leaving given the horrible service.

I really like the food, the new atmosphere is great and service has always been good. However, there are a few minor things that trouble me. First, on a handful of items, the prices charged are higher than the prices listed on the menu (for example, the toppings on a medium regular pizza are fifty cents higher and a bowl of wedding soup is fifty cents higher). I know fifty cents is not a big deal but given that the place is new, I am not sure why the prices charged do not match the menu prices. Both times when I asked the servers did not seem too worried about it and said there is nothing that can be done. I am sure the intent is not to cheat the customer so hopefully it gets fixed soon. Also, I know that parking is at a premium; however that is no excuse for allowing the delivery drivers to park in the handicap spots right outside the delivery door. There should be a separate space reserved for the delivery drivers.

Eventually when we were seated the server did not come back to take our order for an additional 45 minutes, we were there for an hour until we decided to leave.Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.Additionally, not a big deal but they do not have booster seats for little ones, our toddler is too big for a high chair but too small to eat at their tables without standing.

I’ve had better experiences with Cenci’s takeout in the past. This experience on Friday evening was chaotic and disappointing. Counter help seemed overwhelmed - one of our pizzas was somebody else’s which we discovered when we checked after we got in the car. They did retrieve the correct one when we went back in. They forgot the soup until I reminded them. The wedding soup had zero meatballs in it. Oh I could go on. I think the rating of three stars for this overall experience for the price and tip we gave versus the quality of the food and service is generous. Hope things improve - I do understand that staffing is difficult these days.

Cenci's is always hit or miss. We often get undercooked pizza for delivery but dine in is usually very good. Similarly, take out wings are usually underdone but dine in are crispy. Considering they are one of the only late night options in Cranberry, we deal with their indiscretions but their prices are very high. We ordered a medium 4 topping pizza tonight that ended up being $43 with 20% tip. Definitely overpriced.

It just not that good, atmosphere is kind of bland and walking in not being regular you just get the evil eye. More like a little boys club there. - BEWARE OF THE WAITRESS NAMED KAYLEIGH - SHE WILL GIVE YOU AN UNITEMIZED CHECK WHERE SHE HAS ALREADY ADDED A 20% TIP AND DOESN'T TELL YOU, AND YOU WILL MOST-LIKELY ADD ANOTHER TIP BECAUSE OF THIS "SCAM". My daughter broke her finger bowling here because their ball return was broke. Had there been signs posted informing us of that I would have not paid or allowed my child to play. When brought to the owner’s attention what happened to my daughter, he did nothing to rectify the situation and told me I should have asked for help with retrieving her ball. What poor customer service and business management.
