I called CHiKN in Cranberry to ask if their chicken was Halal, and to my surprise, it was. That alone made me happy, but I really wish they advertised it clearly because it is not easy finding Halal chicken options in the area. Shawn at the counter was friendly and helpful. He explained which menu items had bacon and said they could be made without it. The place was clean, well kept, and had an open kitchen setup. Pricing was fair for what they offer.
Now for the disappointing part. My food came out in about two minutes, which made me wonder... When was it made? I ordered the loaded fries, and while the flavor on the chicken was good, the tender was shredded after being fried, which completely ruined the texture. Which made no sense... If I'm gonna eat the calories for fried food... Why would it be shredded??? The fries were average, and the large pieces of bell pepper did not fit the dish at all. I could not finish the meal because it just did not come together well. I went back the next day to try again, but they were out of chicken nuggets and only had tenders, which I had already tried. I appreciate that CHiKN serves Halal chicken, but the food itself needs improvement.

Atmosphere, staff, quick, and the food was delicious!! We will be back for sure!! Highly recommend!! Chicken was fresh, juicy, and mouth watering!! Can’t wait to try more!! Our new favorite spot! We have been talking about it all day

Attended location for lunch in August 2025. First time at this restaurant as I attempt to try fast food options I haven’t tried in the past. Individual who took the order was friendly. Food was delivered fairly quickly. Food was ok. I have been to similar restaurants I found were better. Disappointed with the franchise as there were issues with benches in the store, front door was broke and the restaurant was not kept clean, including the bathroom. Seems like small issues but I worry of you don’t take care of the property, then how do you care about the food quality. Not sure I would go back but was happy I tried this franchise and another off the bucket list.

They make a very good Nashville chicken sandwich, and fries are solid. They have very attentive people working there. My only negative criticism is because they do not take cash.

This place rocks! Their chicken is solid and offered a wide range of spice levels. From southern to damn hot. I like the medium and the fries and drink for $3.25 is an easy yes as they do not accept cash only debit cards and credit cards. Their space is clean and for a bunch of tables and seats. They also offer catering which I have used before and loved. Solid lunch spot or simple grab and go when you need a meal.
