My family of four had dinner here this evening. We ordered two burrito bowls, a burrito, a protein bowl, and chips with queso. The food was great, the service was quick, and the portion sizes were exactly what we expected.

Very skimpy one the portions, the guy that made our burrito couldn’t wrap a Christmas present let alone a burrito, it looked like a loaf of bread and completely fell apart when opening to try to eat. Sad….

staff were kind for the most part, just the bare minimum. the food is horrible, the pico has no lime in it and the rice was severely undercooked, the entire order was bland and i get the same thing at every Chipotle i go to. when i walked in all the tables were dirty, this is the worst Chipotle ive gone too

Horrible customer service. How at 11:30 you’re out of steak when you’ve been open for 45 minutes. I wanted an adult quesadilla and was told I could only get it by ordering online….. I’m IN the store RIGHT in front of you and you’re telling me I have to get out of the line and tell your order thru an app???? We are done with Chipotle. Done. Between the smaller portions, dirty stores, absolutely zero customer service, lack of stock in anything even after opening, and now some stipulation to make me order online when I’m RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. Done. In this economy where people’s dollar matters and retail or restaurant customer service is near extinct, you need to do better.

Walked into this Chipotle and they barely had a serving of steak left - 45 minutes after opening. Kind of made me wonder if it was leftover from last night, but whatever, I was hungry.
Then my wife tries to order a quesadilla and they tell her it’s online only. I’m standing right there… why can’t you just make it?
All that for $15+ per meal? Nope, we went somewhere else. Hate what chipotle has turned into.
Staff is friendly, and this location is cleaner than the 228 store, otherwise this would be 1 star.

I bought two burritos and they were ordered almost identical, except different meats. When I received them from the mobile order area, because they were out of both meats on the front line area they were two completely different sizes. One was overflowing so much they had to double wrap it and the second was just a bit bigger than a frozen burrito you would buy at your local grocery store. Not sure what happened but I might just skip this location next time I'm in the mood for Chipotle.
