My mobile order has been stolen 3 times. While I know the store cannot stop it, I explained my concern to potentially ask for ID or order confirmation upon pickup.
No response, just told they would have to remake my order each time.
Certain ingredients are almost never available but listed online. Orders are incorrect and it is difficult to know until you're actually eating your bowl/burrito without destroying it first.

Dirty environment. Trash cans overflowing. Tables were all dirty. Staff standing around instead of wiping tables down between guests. What has happened to Chipotle?

Second bad visit here. Had to get the manager out because none of the table tops were clean.

I don't know what these people were thinking today they weren't listening to my order at all. And put whatever they so chose on my burritos. And then I asked for a receipt and got attitude I ended up leaving with stuff I didn't even want on my burritos for fear of asking them to make it again.

I have been in line for 45 minutes and it has barely moved. The place is a mess. I give up. Never coming back

The portion size is smaller every visit. Earlier they used to fill up the bowl and the cover used to press over the food. Now the portion is below the bowl’s height!

Food was ok. Just don’t go there after 9pm as place is a mess, trash overflowing, kitchen looked like a war zone. They had removed all the cold toppings from the make line and put it by the cash register perhaps in hurry to clean the line and go home, however, it is against everything about food safety, can’t leave these items at the room temperature. I hope I will feel ok by morning. Only one guy who I believe was fairly new to the job, poor guy was struggling. Request to Chipotle senior management, please don’t open late if you can’t handle the business since you are charging full price correct? Then why the service levels at the discounted condition?

Manager on 8/22/24 is completely clueless and needs to learn how to speak with customers. Close up shop, this location is garbage.

I came to pick up a catering order that was quoted to be picked up at 10:36. Manager was extremely rude and kept saying we don’t open til 10:45. Yes, I’m aware of that. Then why is your system quoting orders before you are open? Not for nothing, but I’ve picked up hundreds of catering orders from many restaurants and it’s normal practice for catering to be picked up BEFORE the restaurant is open for customers. She didn’t care and told me to wait outside rather than patiently waiting inside the store. Unacceptable behavior for a manger to be treating people like that and unaware of how the catering business works. Also still smells like garbage in this location and I have multiple flies pestering me while I write this in store.
