I had an outstanding experience at this Chipotle! Kara was incredibly friendly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, which really made my meal special. The food was excellent—the beans had perfect consistency, the rice was fresh, and the meat was served hot and cooked perfectly. The restaurant was spotless, which made the experience even better. The whole team, including managers Athan and Delaney, as well as Connor and Debbie, were welcoming and professional. Truly a five-star visit—I can’t wait to come back!

We ordered burritos through the app and they were made incorrectly. We received free entrees which helped and we reordered our burritos again. Made incorrectly again.

Whoever you had working mobile orders on 8/24 between 5pm and 730pm should be either retrained or fired. The state of the kitchen is disgusting and the amount of stray food in our burritos on top of the incorrect food was unacceptable.

The barbacoa on corn tortilla taco shells was really good. The steak taco was really good on a hard shell. The steak bowl with beans and rice and everything was really good as well

Why does Chipotle hire and retain people with proven gun convictions? Isn’t there a liability to both customers and employees with that one? What does insurance think about that liability?

HORRIBLE CHIPOTLE. customer service is a ZERO. I've tried this location multiple times even a pick up order is too difficult for them do yourself a favor and go to the one on 19. Can't even get a door dash from this location. They don't even acknowledge your existence. Insane. Management should do something

The (unsure of gender or name) server was very light on the serving size. My bowl is always packed pretty well when I'm done ordering, this time was probably 50% less it was like a kids bowl. I tried asking for extra and that didn't happen it just gave the same amount as less than normal. And a description is i asked for fajitas i got 4 pepper slices and 1.5 onion slices, was a pathetic meal. The restaurant trash cans were all full and silverwear was empty.

Food is usually very good, which is saying a lot for Chipotle which often has a lot of variability from location to location in my experience. Can be very slow during peak hours, dont always trust the expected wait time you see in the app!!

This location has restored my love for the brand. After spending 15 years as a restaurautuer and opening over a third of this company I felt let down to say the least with this brand. I've seen the decline in quality, cleanliness, and friendliest from every single restaurant I've visited since I left along with the original owner Steve. Today was the exception. One shift manager working the entire restaurant and everything was on point. The chips were actually 💯 made to perfection. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. This is the only Chipotle that wasn't out of one item. Whoever is running this place needs promoted to a training store and yes, I highly recommend. That my friends means a lot.
