Vegan Vagabond

I was in the area and found this place on HappyCow and the description intrigued me so I stopped in. The guy behind the counter, who I assume was the owner, was amazingly vegan unaware. When I asked him what they had that was vegan, he asked me if I was able to eat chicken. Lol. Anyway, the food here is mostly unprocessed or minimally processed, and they do make a black bean burger, which can be made vegan, and they also have build your own bowls. I went with a bowl, with a kale and quinoa base, a chopped up black bean burger as the protein, and then added on brussels sprouts, broccoli, and a corn and black bean mix. Overall, it was pretty good. #Veganuary

Excited for the concept, but disappointing. Very bland, even missing the natural flavor of the vegetable and meat. Very small portions for the price. I left hungry. Great concept, but room for improvement.

Needed something quick to tide me over until dinner, tried the skinny vanilla. I expected it to be thicker like a smoothie, it was not. The person behind the counter asked if I wanted coffee - yes please! Did not taste the coffee and the vanilla had a very artificial flavor.

Arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes before closing time and was told the kitchen was closed. Why do you close before the time you post?

Food was fresh, not a ton of flavor but I kind of expected that. The shrimp portion they provided was great; the veggie portions for a large are super tiny. For over $15 the customer should definitely receive more.

Food that I receive is usually good . I order through door dash and Uber eats . Last order they didn’t send my sweet potato fries and this time it’s like the driver ate half . Is this a normal portion ? I know it’s a healthy place so maybe I’m being ignorant.

Meal prep, grabNgo, or quick style din-in.
Food quality is pretty low, just a bunch of processed food service products.
The prices keep rising quickly to the point where factor meal prep is the better option.

Have been consistently ordering their meal plans for months. Food tastes amazing, the macros are outlined each week to make for easy tracking, and the ordering process is a breeze! They are the perfect "on the go" meal and cost far less than any lunch/dinner spot around.

Clean eatz is amazing! The food is tasty and it’s even better that it is good for you. The apples and peanut butter are my favorite. I was lucky enough to meet the owner and there’s also a great purpose and mission he had when creating clean eatz. I’ll keep supporting and I highly recommend you check it out! I almost forgot to say, they offer amazing prices for the quality of food and I’d love to try their meal plans someday.

Great food, but always need to check order/food because I typically order several meals (21+) and my order is typically wrong in some fashion (missing meals or incorrect meals)
