I was in the area and found this place on HappyCow and the description intrigued me so I stopped in. The guy behind the counter, who I assume was the owner, was amazingly vegan unaware. When I asked him what they had that was vegan, he asked me if I was able to eat chicken. Lol.
Anyway, the food here is mostly unprocessed or minimally processed, and they do make a black bean burger, which can be made vegan, and they also have build your own bowls. I went with a bowl, with a kale...
Needed something quick to tide me over until dinner, tried the skinny vanilla. I expected it to be thicker like a smoothie, it was not. The person behind the counter asked if I wanted coffee - yes please! Did not taste the coffee and the vanilla had a very artificial flavor.
Food was fresh, not a ton of flavor but I kind of expected that. The shrimp portion they provided was great; the veggie portions for a large are super tiny. For over $15 the customer should definitely receive more.
