Service was good . Waiter was super nice. Went for breakfast and honestly wasn't very impressed with the selection on the menu . I thought it was southern food people always praised about and the biscuits to me where dry and not flavorful at all . Kinda a let down to me. Got the hash brown tots that said they came with homemade ranch and that ranch was probably one of the grossest ranches I have had before. I have made my own ranch on the fly that was tastier. It didn't have that homemade taste at all. I was definitely disappointed .

The food was wonderful and the waitress was very friendly the only thing was the wait many tables open but the wait was 45 minutes I asked why and he said 4 waiters or waitress called off which I saw at least 12 couples leave

Tried to order on the app, the app didn't work. Went to the closest Cracker Barrel and ordered takeout. Waited a considerable time before realizing our food was on the "to go" shelf yet we weren't called that it was ready. Went specifically for the Loaded Hash Brown casserole Tots but when we arrived home we received Loaded Hash Brown Casserole instead. Please do better next time.

Everyone was kind, thoughtful and efficient. Had gift cards, used without problems. Friend also had gift cards. Loved selection of items in store area. Reasonably priced. Had to take some of meal home. Reheated the fish, was good.

Parking: Used handicapped, both of us were “handicapped” could use a few more spaces for handicapped.

Although we like Cracker Barrel, we will not visit this location again. Service and food were extremely slow, and the food was lukewarm at best. This location has issues.
It was not crowded at all, so it was inexcusable.

We have a group of friends that meet once a month at different places for breakfast. It's been quite a while since we've been to Cracker Barrel. Everything was good there as you can imagine. It wasn't as busy as I remember it from prepandemic.

Kid-friendliness: Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They paid attention to refilling drinks.

All was good till I was checking out and my gift card would not work. So I paid with an other option. Ty he cashier suggested I call the number on the back of the gift card. I called the card number the following day and was told the gift card has monies on it. This is frustrating and not sure why this happened?

Our server was SUPER, don't know how they hold all those details in their brain from table to table. As always, my pecan pancakes were delicious and hit the spot.
We hooked up with family passing through, easy on off from i79.
Only down side was the noise. Difficult to carry on conversations and family with hearing aids particularly had to struggle to hear.
