I always tend to get the Lemon-Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout when I can at every Cracker Barrel that I go to. Our server was extremely professional and very kind and attentive. The food was good quality. The trout was flaky and cooked nicely. The cornbread muffin was great with honey on top of it. The homestyle crispy chicken was very crispy and flavorful. Food and service is always great. But we try to plan our visits when it’s less crowded. The noise levels sometimes so high that you can’t hear the person across from you. And the chair legs scraping on the wooden floors makes even the waitresses cringe. Cracker Barrel should invest in chair leg protectors to quell that noise.

Went specifically at 6:00 for the turkey dinner special and they didn't have any. Pretty bad when you don't have the special of the day. Drove a long time looking forward to a turkey dinner. Cracker Barrel went way down in our eyes. Also, why aren't the biscuits served right away instead of everything at once???
