Typically i love crumbl, but on my last visit I checked in and it said I was "first in line". It took almost 20 minutes still to receive my cookie because there was only 1 employee packing the cookie orders while at least 4 employees were just talking or icing cookies. When I walked out, the order queue screen was at 13 people. Why wouldn't some additional employees help pack the cookies to speed up the line and help out the one employee at the front?
