Very good cookies and super clean store! Employee, Bruce, made me feel like a bother though and was super miserable and in slow motion. Could have been having a bad day but you should make customers feel welcome.
The workers are very nice and the cookies always come out delicious. They are pretty quick and i’ve never had to wait there for very long. I’ve never had any difficulties with getting the wrong cookies.

The most simple, a chocolate chip cookie, was not available. The self service kiosk aloud me to purchase it, the employee apologized and explained they are out. They did refund my money. How could you let your most basic cookie be out of inventory? Better asked if they have your desired cookie in stock before ordering. I will not be back.

If you use the app to schedule a pickup the time actually means nothing. I have been standing here for 23 minutes after confirming that I am here on the app for them to tell me they are now baking the cookies. They have now had the order for almost two hours. This store is terribly managed.
