Greeted with a smile, my preorder was ready within minutes of arriving. Had to have the Dubai chocolate. So amazing!!!
I went in to pick up my order and the employee placed the boxes on the counter for me. Her gloves were completely covered in cookie filling or icing and both my boxes were completely covered in whatever that was. I asked her to clean it off and she threw a paper towel at me and showed me her food covered gloves. We have ordered there quite a few times and I have never seen the counter that filthy and the bad attitude from an employee. I don't think asking for non crap covered box is asking too much.
