Thursday 2/12 a little after 7pm. Seems like an employee free-for-all here. I went up to place an order and the young lady at the register was facing away from the register on her phone. I had to call out multiple times until she heard me, as she had in an airpod or some sort of earbuds in her ear. when i finally got her attention she came over to take my order and seemed irritated that I interrupted whatever she was doing on her phone. I placed my order and got my sub a couple of minutes later and when I sat down to eat it I saw that it was on the wrong bread, so I went back up to the register and again the same thing happened, she was on her phone and i had to call out a couple times. I told her that I needed to speak to a manager because my sub was wrong. She went in back and then came back out and asked another employee where the manager was and he said “who knows”, and another employee said that he was “probably in out in his car” . she then told me that he would be back soon. I then waited 10 minutes and then the manager showed up and had them remake my sub. Seems like the workers here need to be told how to do their job. Do better Dibellas seriously.

I went in there first thing in the morning when they open and I got one of the best tuna subs I've ever had in my life very good service very clean restaurant in my only complaint is that it wasn't so expensive

This was our second time here but the first of this location second time in probably 10 plus years. The first time was in McCandless and when I asked to have my steak sandwich hot they wouldn't do it so I walked out. I noticed recently that they started making their sandwiches hot so I went in to try the steak sandwich again cheesesteak of course having to have my sandwich how I want it I asked that they would Grill the inside of the bread which I did at the previous location. The first response was we can't do that and I laughed. I said you have a grill I simply want you to toast the inside of my bun because I like it more like a toast as opposed to Raw bread that gets soggy. She went back she asked a supervisor and they said yes. I don't understand why it's such a difficult proposition. In any way shape or form we got it and it tasted really good. We also got the old fashioned and it was really good as well for my wife. We'll probably be back again at some point try something else

I love the Godfather Sub with the everything bun. The other day I went to Jason’s Deli in Cranberry and they messed up my order but the sandwich was so terrible I threw half it away. That’s why I will only go to DiBella’s in Cranberry.
