Paid 16 dollars for a 10 inch buffalo chicken and a med sweet tea, go to my truck and opened my sub to find there was no buffalo sauce on the sub, went back in and they just slopped some buffalo sauce on it without remaking the sandwich, it was nasty, save your money or go somewhere better, there are too many options and its costs too much money for everything not to be perfect, these companies want top dollar with bottom barrel service and food

So my elderly mom and aunt go there this past Sunday to order food they order 2 subs and 2 salads the total was over 50$. So they order and while paying the women Stephanie who took the money decided she would give them nicknames she called my mom Queen Elizabeth and my cousin, Margaret Thatcher for some reason, it was very odd. So they get the bags of food after the strange experience and find that they were missing one of their salads they call the store and ask for the manager. The manager offers my mom a coupon not a refund, a coupon. They instead decided to drive the 12 mile round trip to get what they paid for because a refund wasn’t an option for some reason, even through they didn’t receive their item. When they get to the store the manger was very dismissive and acted like they were a pain, offered nothing for the inconvenience asked what dressing they wanted even though it was a Caesar salad. The food was good but customer service was abysmal will not be going back. The staff should focus on the job and less on entertaining themselves.

We always seem to order take out but we love these subs. The buns, are fresh and so good. We like the steak and cheese the best, but they all are pretty good. Definitely recommend!

Is this the beginning of the end? The usual sandwich was about 1/3 smaller: the bread and the fillings both. Or was it a badly trained new person? In the past the sandwich filled the long paper bag diameter-wise. Now there’s plenty of room. I hope this place doesn’t go the way of Quiznos and Red Robin. It’s been my go-to place for years.
