I arranged a funeral luncheon on behalf of a family member. With two days notice, Domenico's provided a comfortable private room & excellent food. They were very helpful with making selections and estimating the head count. On the day of the luncheon, the server & manager were attentive and accommodating. Everything (food, service, atmosphere) was above average & I deeply appreciated that.

Worst service ever. I’m divorced and my ex wife did a better job. What a horrific disappointment. Update: Laughable response after absolutely no legit conversation. My group and I immediately appeared personally only to be made fun of without real discussion. An employee of the establishment assaulted a patron at a competing location. Management completely acknowledged awareness of the situation and blamed the victim. Just disgusting. Felipe who apparently is part of ownership refused adult conversation despite the pretend response below in favor of a cowardly reply. Congratulations to the leadership of Dominico’s for placing their own name ahead integrity. What a despicable group.

Bruschetta came out soggy, yellowfin "pan seared" was physically cold and really small for the price, and when our table was checked on, the host/manager guy was exceedingly rude- so much so that we paid the bill and took the entrees to go. Waiter was great.

We met another couple for dinner..they suggest Domenico...we had drinks and dinner..everything seemed pretty good excluding one very important detail which was when a consumer asks for blacken chicken aka cajun chicken salad...they typically do not expect unseasoned chicken which is literally burned black, which is what I received? Otherwise not bad.

The catering mgr is very abrupt and rude. He thinks specific items are in the contract...but they are not. Wouldn't admit it. Expected me to believe he called several times to follow up BUT did not leave messages. Doesn't he know there would be missed call notices on my phone?? Lying or thinking I'm stupid?? Probably both. Will not recommend this restaurant or the catering "service" to anyone. The mgr needs to learn better customer service skills and how to work with people.

Our factory rep took us to lunch at Domenico's. She got there ahead of us, and there was no hostess to seat her. A girl from the bar seated her, and she left her things at the table to use the ladies' room. When she came back from the table, the waitress was standing there and gave her a strong verbal rebuke for taking a table & not waiting for her to seat her! It was straight downhill from that point on. This waitress seemed like she did not want to be there.We ordered appetizers and had to ask 20 minutes later if they were still coming. Well, they came about 2 minutes before our food arrived. She forgot to bring sides that came with the Entrees and was peeved when she had to go get them. Domenico's only had about 3 tables occupied, so it couldn't have been from her being busy.
