Ordered medium thin & crispy extra sauce, extra jalapeños, extra mushrooms, and onions. They left it at the front desk and didn’t call me. There was no extra on anything. And the pizza and cheese was burnt. They refused to deliver another pizza for me. If you want to waste your money order here!

Got two pizzas delivered and they got it wrong the first time then sent someone back to deliver the right ones and was still wrong! They won’t do anything to rectify the situation! The manager was useless and I will never order from there again!

Ordered a very simple order of 2 medium pepperoni pizzas. After an hour and a half, they still weren't delivered. I called the store to inquire about the status, and I was told it'd be delivered in another 10 minutes and that he was sorry it was late. Another 30 minutes went by before it finally arrived. The pizza was overcooked/burned, arrived completely cold, and several pieces were flipped upside down when I opened the box. I try to give grace in a world where there seems to be a shortage of it, but this seems inexcusable. It wasn't even an oder for me- it was for my elderly client who needs to eat in a timely manner and plans accordingly to do so. No discount was offered, nothing was offered to make it right. Really disappointed.

Out of all the reviews that I’ve ever left in my profile. This is the lowest one in terms of Communication. I received two missed phone calls from Domino’s about six days ago, I spend about $1200 a year on this very location. And it means ZERO. The delivery drivers are epic, Tracy is Epic, the owner is far too arrogant to even leave a voicemail.
I will contact my AMEX on my “last five” orders and dispute them for the Level Of arrogance that this location and the owner has too much pride to even leave a voicemail.
