I go to the cranberry twp location just about everyday. Unfortunately lately the donuts have been gross, especially in the morning. Taking a bite of donut shouldn't make you want to spit it out because it wasn't completely thawed out. The donuts are supposed to be soft and not cold to the touch. Also a cream filled is supposed to be filled with more than just a little bite of filling. Today I didn't get that far because the donut was so hard and cold when I bit into it I had to spit it out. Gross!! When I get my coffee I already know to make sure to stir it up so I don't get a swig of sugar right away. Food for thought.... If you can't get someone in the store to get everything done in time for the stuff to taste right, maybe open later or find someone to do the job right. Sorry not sorry. Now I'm traveling to some random place to get a donut that's done correctly😁

Three times now I have ordered 4 bagels just sliced not toasted. Each time they have toasted them. When I say I did not want them toasted they just look at you. I don't know what they don't understand.

I love the sausage, egg and cheese on an everything bagel with a large iced Cocoa Mocha and a chocolate donut!!! That's my breakfast!

This location is seriously the WORSE every time I order a chai it’s ALL milk. $5 for milk in a cup is insane. Burnt coffee taste and flavors are off. The staff needs to be trained better and maybe do a taste test after making it. Because charging $5 for random drinks every single time or coffee that’s sitting is insane!
