Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We had the worst waiter ever. The food took over an hour to get to our table and it was cold. The waiter spent all of his time at one table and I am guessing it was for a relative. We asked for water and bread and never got it. We had to ask for other staff for help.

Great food and great service. A bit loud due to the open kitchen concept, but still a very positive experience.

It's very dark inside so forget taking pictures! The alcoholic mixed drinks leave too much lip room for the price. We were seated at a smaller booth as a party of 3 while couples were seated in roomier booths. The steak was perfectly prepared. Much of the food is overly salted. HANNAH is an outstanding server, ask for her!

The food and experience was great, however the noise level was too loud to have a bigger business lunch and hear the other side of the tables conversation. We had 8 people for lunch.

Had an excellent meal on Easter Sunday. Some of us had steaks which were done just right. I had a pasta dish that was very good, as well. Our server was Emily. She was wonderful. The service was exceptional!

Waitress was awful, slow and inattentive. Salad came AFTER sandwiches..and the one cook had long unsecured hair he flipped around the whole time he was in the kitchen. Food was ok but nothing special.

What a wonderful time we had. JoJo was our server and she was on top of everything. She was so pleasant and sweet. She made our experience at Firebirds so awesome! We will be back and we will ask for JoJo!

I met my dear friend for brunch. Our server Alyssa was so attentive & sweet. We shared the Queso appetizer, it was delicious. My friend got a burger & I chose the Steak Benedict... scrumptious.
I sent half home with my friend for hubby who didn't join us. It was one.of the best restaurant experiences in a long time. We are both foodies & I highly recommend a stop here as we head into Christmas shopping season. Thank you all at Firebird's, exceeded expectations, checked all boxes & then some. ????????

Every time that I’ve come here with my wife we leave feeling disappointed, the drinks are okay, but the food for how expensive is mediocre. Whoever is cooking food needs re trained because every steak I’ve ordered has been raw after ordering medium or medium rare, and have to send it back. I figured I’d give it one last shot. Ordered the pork chop last night and it was so tough and so hard to eat. My wife got chicken that was still a little raw. We won’t be coming back again for a dinner service. Possibly happy hour, but you want your food cooked properly the first time when you come to an “upscale” restaurant

Been here for lunch a few times. It's kind of like a nicer Long Horn in a slightly uppity way. Skip the table bread, it's meh. The mains are very good though. Big salads and pastas. Food is good well and had flavor. I had the sea bass and omg the asparagus was cooked perfectly and whatever sause it is on this dish is heaven!

Very very busy place and loud . Food took 1 hour to come out . Med/rare steak came out as well done and lukewarm .
