I had to ask for our soup. Not many customer there at 4pm. I ask her about not getting our meal and not beatable to eat our soup. Soup was like warm. Server was terrible. As soon as we got our soup 5 minutes later our meals came . So when we got our meals that they took back to try to keep warm did came they were Luke warm too. Either server knew and couldn't handle her tables or what. The last couple time I've been there the service not good at all. Food good but cold. 4 people all had fillets so not cheap. So upset. It was my husband birthday. Won't be going back.

Love Firebirds for lunch, not as noisy as dinner. Have had great salmon & steaks. Burger this time was overdone and dry.

Always reliable for good food, good service, and a nice atmosphere. We needed to hurry a bit this time, and our server was accommodating, focusing on making sure we met our somewhat rushed schedule.

Overpriced, uninspired food. The problem with eating in modern suburbia - they try to dress it up but the food is pretty terrible.

Always great food, and great service. Even though it was a Monday evening, the restaurant was crowded and the noise level was fairly high.

Always awesome...food, service, atmosphere, value and of course, their Double Diamond Martini!

It was very busy but I couldn't tell. The food came up fast and it was excellent. The service was wonderful. I was surprise on how busy it was and how fast we got done.

We've been to Firebirds Grille for lunch, and we've enjoyed it. This is our first dinner at this establishment, and there is good value to be had. The chicken tortilla soup is rich and savory. Wines by the glass are thoughtfully selected. The steak selections are top-notch. They might not be as tasty as those at a fine steakhouse, but for the price, they are well worth ordering. Garlic-glazed chicken is nicely presented, as are the sides. I especially like the corn offering, which is spicy. Deserts are a treat, with the warm carrot cake taking a special bow. Our server, Emily, was efficient and helpful. One caveat: The atmosphere is noisy, with many families bringing small toddlers and huge backpacks of whatever they deem necessary to assuage the young ones. As a result, this place is not really suited for romance, but rather for a good appetite.

We went for our anniversary and had a great experience. Our server couldn't have been better

Unfortunately, one of the guests at our table had asked on three occasions if they would be able to make sure that there would be no cross contamination between fish and nuts, and still the guest had to use an EpiPen and go to the hospital due to food allergies. It was an unfortunate event and it could've been prevented if the staff and chefs follow the protocols they have in place.

The service is usually extremely good our last server was good but not the elite level we had experienced before there the food is well presented and comes out in a very reasonable time most items we've had there were excellent it for some reason the surf and turf steak my girlfriend had was extremely dry overall though we always have a good experience there

Lots of choices for all kinds of diets. Great service and always enjoyable. It's has some decent specials to choose from and a fun evening out. The staff are pleasant, professional, and fun. Thanks for always giving us a nice evening out.

Most of the dinner was satisfactory but one filet that was ordered the be medium well was burnt to a crisp and inedible.

We started with the Margaritas and they were very sour and we could not taste the tequila. Neither of us finished our drinks. Our order included Deviled eggs which is an appetizer and it was the last thing we received during our meal. We got it only because we asked and our waitress said she forgot. The Chicken sandwich was OK as was the salad. Probably not returning since there are many better choices in Cranberry.

We went to Firebirds for lunch to use the $10 coupon that was emailed and the $7 Martini Monday special which was included in the same email. We are long time customers of Firebirds but the last several visits have been disappointing. The $7 martini special was not honored. The sirloin steak that I had was good, but contained at least 3 areas of gristle that were impossible to chew. The loaded baked potato was excellent but toppings on it were scarce compared to those I have had in the past. The manager that we spoke to was unhelpful about the Martini Monday special included in the email. Just be aware if you are an Inner Circle member and have expectations when using promotional emails for dining that you may not get what you are promised. We sat outside on a beautiful early September afternoon so it was a nice dining experience.
