Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

I cannot rave about this place more. Every time we go, it's outstanding. Our server, Kim, was amazing. Very courteous, fun, and so sweet. 10/10 highly recommend.

Always good food. Servers are gracious and caring but if you are in a hurry be aware that it takes awhile for your food to be delivered. It is very loud. We were in a booth with another couple and we had trouble hearing the other persons talking to us, as did they. We frequently get take out from Firebirds because of the quality of the food.

We always enjoy eating at Firebirds. I'm a salad lover, and Firebirds does them right, as they do everything else on the menu. The ambiance is wonderful, and the wait staff is a delight. Couldn't ask for more. A truly wonderful experience.

It was incredibly uncomfortably hot in the restaurant to the point where it was miserable. And hard to actually sit and enjoy ourselves. I don't know what was going on with the air conditioning, but yeah, it was absolutely,not pleasant.

My steak was not cooked right but we made it work by sharing around our table of 4. Letting my waitress know more for a quality control fyi, she came back and offered us a free dessert to take home. Very appreciated and not necessary.

Food was very good! Service was awful. Waited 30 to 45 minutes for dinners. The restaurant was very hot too

The staff is great, very attentive and friendly. Its a cool space and the bar is very pretty. The food is good, yummy Caeser salad, baked potato, and warm bread. I got the 12 oz ribeye and it was a good cut and well cooked to medium-rare. My issue with their steaks is they are always too salty. I'll have to remember to ask for it to be less seasoned next time.

Firebirds needs an update. Menu never changes, inside is dark and dreary and furniture is getting old looking. Service - adequate at best. Almost like having a robot serve you. We hadn't gone for months, as it was always just okay, then we decided let's give it another try. Same old, nothing new. Boring. There are so many other places where you can get different menus, way better food and service. The Firebirds in South Fayette is way better.

My filet was very chewy. Glad I ordered med/rare. Corn delicious. Very since waitress. I think I'll still to burgers or chicken.

Usually all five stars, just a little off this time. Broccoli was way over-steamed and mushy. The meatloaf was hot and excellent, but the gravy was only lukewarm and tasted like it had been canned or jarred. It had a skim coat on it like it sat for a while. Not terrible, just not quite up to their usual. Not bad enough to send it back. Prime rib was 5-star. The noise level seemed extra high today but that didn't really bother us - just reporting one of Open Table's criteria. Service was excellent, noticed the manager helping out. The drinks were definitely well poured.

2times in a row we had issues with our order.first time the server forgot to put in our appetizer order and the second time around I asked for a well done burger and they gave me a medium rare burger..my family was done with their food by the time my food came ..

Firebirds is a fantastic moderately priced steakhouse with delicious food and an amazing staff. We have decided that this is our new "go to" restaurant to celebrate various occasions.

I never feel like the service is great here. It's just ok. The food is overpriced. It's good but not amazing. I always feel rushed like the staff is trying to get you in and out. It's always very loud.

We waited 70 minutes for our food and there was a giant black hair in my salad. The restaurant was dirty as well as the ladies room. I will not be back and the manager came to my table for 3 seconds and basically said sorry, but could have cared less. The waitress was unfriendly, seemed very annoyed, it was my worst experience to fire birds. I will not be back!
