An employee tried to gaslight me into believing that the orange soad was clear because it didn't have dye. Check the machine instead of lying about a four dollar soda.

We showed up at 10:20 and the door was locked. The sign says it opens up at 10. We waited about 10 minutes and nobody opened the door so we just left.

Excellent staff and 5-star food! Had a great experience at Firehouse Subs – Cranberry Township. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. Friendly, helpful staff made the visit even better. Highly recommend!

I loved this. Employees were very friendly and helpful. This was the first time I was ever in a Firehouse sub. The menu was extensive but my attention went to the Thanksgiving sub. I was so impressed. It was delicious. Real thick carved turkey, delicious stuffing and cranberry sauce. Plus the owner came over and introduced himself and was very personable. I guess this is why it is so nice since the owner is on the property. Give it a try, you won't be sorry.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from them. Ordered two subs; essentially no meat on either of them. All bread. These people should be ashamed of themselves to charge the astronomical prices they charge and give you subs with little to no meet on them. Surprised they’re still in business in Cranberry.
