Great place to take the family best subs around.

Great gluten free subs.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from them. Ordered two subs; essentially no meat on either of them. All bread. These people should be ashamed of themselves to charge the astronomical prices they charge and give you subs with little to no meet on them. Surprised they’re still in business in Cranberry.

Gross, at 3:30 the garbage bins were full and the tables were all filthy. The people were in the back on their phones. Would not recommend

I just had a grilled chicken salad that I purchased for take out. Most of the lettuce was brown, no dressing was provided, and the cucumbers were slimy.

The Reason on why i am leaving a 1 star is because they dont even bake the meat ball subs. I am very distatisfied on how my sub was. It wasnt even put in the oven because there is zero browning on it. Unless you like cold bread and cold meatballs then come to this firehouse subs

Stopped for dinner tonight and we will never go back. Waited almost 25 min for our subs and they didn’t listen to the special orders of no mustard, the bread was hard, the pop machine was awful, all the drinks tasted like carbonation and no soap in either bathroom. $50 and we threw out half of our subs and all 3 large drinks. We didn’t have time to wait for them to remake us more!

Overall. this establishment is good. They do make good subs, it is a bit on the pricey side but everything seems to be nowadays. I do have to mention that I got a sprinkled sugar cookie and it did taste like lettuce/tomatos/pickles. Do the cookies get toasted/cooked the same place the sandwiches do?

Staff was great, got my sandwich fast and it was delicious. Very clean and organized place! Absolutely reccomend for anyone who wants a good sandwich.

Sub had too much dressing which made the sandwich soggy, was very messy, bun kept falling apart, called the store in cranberry & they just said they got new people and their sorry, that’s it

Food was good once we got the right order. For not being busy, there is no excuse for the lack of service. Don't think the staff cares at all. Didn't get anything from the kids meal but the sandwich. Again, staff didn't care. Suggested we should have asked for it when ordering. Not our job, we don't work there. Everything that comes with a kids meal should be delivered since it's what was paid for. Very disappointed with this location.
