Hours clearly state open until 9. Showed up shortly before 8 PM to the open signs off, chairs all up on tables, door locked, but lights all on. I suspect the staff just wanted to chill for an hour. Either change your hours online or do better. Won’t be wasting time here anymore.

I had a 6 inch sub, around that size. Roast beef, extra cheese. The bun was really soft. There was quite a bit of roast beef on it too. And it was pretty tasty. But I had sticker shock from the price. I paid over $15 For the sub! $15? I expect a full-size sub for that price! I just think they're way overpriced. And yes I do know that they do have a portion of their subs to charity. But still $15 for a 6 inch sub? I won't be back again. Way too expensive.

Ordered the big battalion Italian. Meat was sliced thinly and generously, bread was fresh and condiments were added / dressed nicely. Also got the oatmeal raisin cookie and was sugary sweet, slightly dark on the bottom how I like it and better than I expected. Very good sub and overall experience!

I couldnt wait to try out Firehouse Subs! I ordered a Pork and slaw sandwich ! The Sandwich looked so amazing on the display! My son ordered the Brisket and cheese sandwich , sandwich also looked amazing on the display! Pork and slaw sandwich had really good taste to it but i noticed after having a couple bites sandwich there was a very small amount of pork on it ! Im really not one to complain at all but i shouldve opened the sandwich up to look how much por was on there but i just figured most of the meat was on tge other side ofvthe sandwich ! After another one or two bites i noticed barely a skim coat or meat on the sandwich! I shouldve took it back to show them ! It was a busy night there after waiting half an hour in line just to order and 20 mins to get my order it wasnt worth complaining! I always give a second chance maybethey just had a bad night! Now my so ordered the Brisket and cheese he totally got the wrong sandwich! Not to mention it was cold ! He did take it back they gave him another sandwich and apologized! But he did have to wait about 15 more minutes for his sandwich! For about 30.00 worth of combo meals the service and the amount of meat couldve been alot better! We will go back again to give it another try hopefully they will have a better night!I
Brian and Mike should not be managers. Private owners take note and clean the filth! I’d appreciate a call back, along with a refund for subs that would not be given to my daughter. Shame on your managers for making a 19 year old feel the way you made her feel inside your store.
Managers Brian and Mike are beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. Charged for subs but would not give them to our pickup person. They also denied a credit to my account and/or a refund. I’m not sure if the owner sees this- but do yourself a favor and get new management! Complaints with corporate have been made.

If I could give negative stars I would. Managers Brian and Mike degraded my 19 year old daughter in the store. They refused to give her our online orders, and still charged us for them. Disgusting behavior for men to even act like that in public. Made a complaint with corporate since Brian and Mike will never tell the owner to call me back. Shame on you!!!

Absolutely love firehouse subs. They have the hands down best subs in the entire world. The cashier was great very nice and cordial, very friendly. Not very busy. I loved the garlic bread meatball sub. Their macaroni and cheese is the best. Place is definitely clean and neat. I just love their food and friendly
