Cheesecakes are good. If you want to buy a beer you should have passport or driving licences.

Matt is the manager of the Bakery and his is the MAN. The whole team has killer customer service, beautiful artwork for their cake decor, and superb quality in the making of their product. I order from them every month for 200+ employee birthday celebrations and company events because they are reliable, high quality, and just great people. Very grateful and fortunate to interact with and be served by this awesome team.
As the kids say, the Cranberry Giant Eagle bakery is bussin, no cap. Matt, A.K.A. the Rizzler, and his dope team is fire, on bro. So grateful for them slaying and saving my sus reputation at work with their cakes that just hit different. If you’re looking for staff with wicked drip and that aren't cheugy to get you lowkey gucci product, this bakery ATE. This is place to go because they understood the assignment. It's giving family oriented excellence. Periodt pooh.

Great store but they don't take WIC.
Went shopping here for a few items, and the cashier got an attitude because I didn't have an advantage card. I don't live here, so I don't see a reason for having an advantage card. Just needed a few items

Had birthday cake made. Very good and looked great. Cake is reasonable priced, but a bit expensive for any add-ons.
Very nice grocery store..
curbside is horrible, slow and not very good at customer service..

Got flu shots here! The pharmacy was great. PLUS - $10 in free groceries!

As of Friday I will no longer be shopping at Giant Eagle.
My mother and I went here and had trouble with the self checkout machine. The cashier across from us stared holes in us the entire time. She actually put one elbow on her counter and her head on her other hand and planted herself there. I stared back; she didn’t blink once. This past Friday night, I went to put a package in the USPS box by this Giant Eagle. I was walking to my car and an employee followed me and then stared at me through my car window. I put my window down a bit and said “Are you trying to talk to me?” He just said “Closed!” Another employee was standing in the street with him staring at me and two other employees on the sidewalk were staring at me too. What the heck!! The creepiest employees work here! I stopped going here since the first incident and now I can’t even use the USPS box outside!
It's the end of July, and normally I'd be making a trip to Giant Eagle to pick up gallon jugs of water and various supplies for my camp at Cooper's Lake. Pennsic isn't happening this year, but I wanted to say how much I appreciate the fact that I can always count on your store to carry what I need to get things set up. Looking forward to seeing you again next summer!
