I was very impressed with the amount of food I had delivered. It came with my choice of salad or soup (I got salad). I also got fried rice and a meal full of vegetables, shrimp, chicken and beef. Way more than I could eat and evert bite was delicious. I'm a long time fan of Benihana, and this sure came VERY close. The only reason it doesn't beat Benihana is: In my opinion. I prefer Benihanas salad dressing. I also prefer the zucchini, onions and mushrooms added to the meal at Benihana over Ichiban's mixed veggies. However, when in town, I will get Ichiban again and try the soup next time.

The food is always great, with a great server and a great atmosphere. My only complaint is that the Wasabi is Very weak. It's not spicy like it should be. I like to mix it in my soy sauce but I can fill it up with your Wasabi and just not spicy. Please make it stronger

Food was good. My only knock was the chef didn't do the usual interaction with the guests. Shooting sake in your mouth or flinging veggies to see if you can catch them. Minor complaint but it was noticeable

Service was horrible. Our server was not very good. Hardly came to our table at all and second round of drinks took forever. I had to ask another server to send over our server to our table. The chef who made our food was very entertaining and food was awesome. We had a group of 6 people and we celebrated my husband and one of our friends birthday. Very disappointed on service. Worst experience ever

Server was not great. Offers for refills and second round of drinks very slow. I got my second drink with the bill. Atmosphere - They play a poor recording instead of humans for singing Happy Birthday. Food and cooks were awesome.

This was one of the more disappointing hibachi experience we’ve had, it was getting close to closing time I assume (we arrived shortly after 7) was told it would be an hour wait, to our surprise it was not and we were seating probably within 30 mins, upon being seated our drinks took a good 15 minutes or so to arrive. Which didn’t really sour our experience too much, but when the chef came out he didn’t do any of the flare or fun things you expect at hibachi, he threw his spatulas in the air, lit his grill on fire and spun his egg, the end, that’s it, no throwing broccoli in our mouths, no sake, no flare, no fun! Then cleaned his grill and left. My husband ordered his filet medium well, I ordered mine medium and somehow they came off the exact same spot of the grill at the same time. Then my daughter and I went to use the bathroom which someone had just started cleaning, instead of pausing for a moment and letting the line of 4 women enter and use the facilities he continued to clean the restroom while we all stood there uncomfortably watching. Food was descent but the experience was very disappointing. We’ll probably wait awhile before we return. $150 for 3 people(one a small girl) to just sit and eat wasn’t totally worth it.
