Online orders are prioritized over walk ups - waited 15 minutes only to find out they never made my sandwich. Why can’t I have it made in front of me?

Put in an online order at 415 on Oct 31st, at 445 I still hadn't received my order and asked for an update they told me they didn't have the order. When I showed them the confirmation they came back at 451 saying the sandwiches were made but they weren't put out. No apology, no word from the manager 2 feet away, nothing. Took them home and the sandwiches were both wrong.
I complained on the app and the website and still haven't heard anything back. Disappointing would be an understatement.
Edit - I emailed the link below This Jersey Mike's was bought by some kind of investment company and the resolution offered by outsourced customer service was for me to come back to the store and buy more.

The best sandwich shop in the area. It is very clean inside and the staff prepares your food quickly and they are friendly. They use quality meats and fresh baked breads. I particularly like Mikes famous Philly and their club sandwich.

Fast and friendly service. Sammies came out fresh and tasted great. They did almost forget my bacon one the club and my boyfriend got ham when he asked for none, but hey we’re human and he said he still enjoyed it. We had been driving for hours so we first stopped in the bathrooms which were very clean given how busy they were. Great staff there.

No mayo on a turkey and provolone doesn’t make sense. The starry dispenser was busted and sprayed out to the side. The workers could speak up a bit but maybe that was just me. Enjoying my subs though!

Such a great classic sandwich. I like the turkey and cheese but this time got a hot sandwich, the chicken cheesesteak. So good as plenty of seating and parking. I have been coming here at least once a week for lunch and some times order ahead online if I’m I a rush. I do like their cookies as they are solid and moist. Be sure to checkout their hot sandwiches as they got some bangers!

Fresh cut deli meats and cheeses, white or wheat, all the toppings and a friendly, fast and efficient staff. Who could want any more! (Oh yeah the subs taste GREAT!!!)

Got the cheesesteak. Steak was gelatinous and pretty bland. Similar to Arby's beef. Not many veggies mixed in. Jalapeños had no spice, probably just old.
