Best subs anywhere!!!The staff is awesome!!! 99% of the time, I frequent the Butler and Cranberry Twp stores in PA.Special shout out to Sarah, Pat, and Cam for their hospitality and friendliness. They are the reasons why I usually dine in their stores.They make it worth $20 a sub.

I work within the restaurant industry and am familiar with QSR and fast casual concepts. At 7pm tonight (and after purchasing 2 subs for a total of $37!) I happened to notice that a total of 7 or 8 employees were working here on a cold, uneventful night in mid-January. 2 employees were semi-cleaning and a group of 5 were behind the counter - only 1 of which was actually working and the other 4 just standing around doing literally nothing but talking or goofing off.This restaurant is actually OVER-staffed: it shouldn't take 15 minutes to cook 2 subs with 7-8 employees and no other customers. Lots of bread and not enough meet / cheese in ratio overall. Sandwiches (giant) not cut at all either: 1 giant sub instead of 4 sections. Good flavor - I'll maybe try another location?

Shout out to the team at Cranberry Jersey Mike's for professionalism under fire. Went in today for an order and witnessed an unreasonable, irate and downright abusive customer unfairly berate the staff. This crew deserves high praise for their handling of a tough situation.

How do you make a sandwich wrong twice in a row? Let’s try this a third time! First one wrong size and missing two condiments and added unwanted mayo. Second one still missing two condiments. Didn’t mark which ones were gluten free either. Had to guess. Ridiculous.

As a "Jersey Girl", I have been a resident in the Cranberry area only the past 15 years. In NJ we were customers for many years. Today around 5:00 pm I stopped to pickup a sub. The gentleman in front of me had the cashier add my sub to his order. He then turned to me and said Happy Mother's Day. Obviously he must have had a wonderful mother! The sub was delicious, the store and staff 5 star. This 85 year old lady is smiling. I will pay it forward!
