Got a chicken bacon ranch, the amount of chicken on the sandwich was so small, I had to actually move stuff around to see if any was on it at all. Absurd for 12 bucks. Left hungry.

I order online for my family. And when I got to the store in Cranberry pa…it was shut down lights off. The guy said they ran outta tomatoes so he voided my order and I “should” get a refund. Well two weeks pass, nothing. So I call and ask for my refund, the manager then proceeds to tell me that it will take corporate weeks. It’s been 4 weeks and I call every week and ask the same thing, I’m just told that corporate will take care of it. I doubt they are doing anything about this. The store closes randomly and when they “feel like it”.

Schedule says closed at 9:00, came in at 7:30 and informed the dining room was closed because they got “destroyed today”. Sorry it was a tough day making sandwiches. We have been driving for hours across multiple states and chose your location to eat while the family rested. Won’t be back. I would suggest hiring employees that can handle the immense stress of sandwich prep.

Went in on 1/12/25 @ 5:45ish. The service was great! The two gentlemen I came across were so polite as they displayed such amazingly positive & welcoming attitudes. They were getting ready to close but didn’t rush me while looking over the menu to decide what I wanted. This made our pitstop on our way to Illinois smooth & comfortable. Thank you for the great experience guys!!

This JJ store does not open on weekends unfortunately (unlike other JJ locations). We and couple of other customers (who also didn’t check store hours on Google) were waiting infront of the store
