This JJ store does not open on weekends unfortunately (unlike other JJ locations). We and couple of other customers (who also didn’t check store hours on Google) were waiting infront of the store

Walked in and no one wanted to take my order and I wasn't welcomed. Made my sandwich wrong, so I went back in. I hear the manager telling his employee jokingly to say sorry to me and he said "nah" and walked in the back (with an attitude of I don't want to be here) and the manager just never said anything to me. Why can't your staff take responsibility, be mature, and provide "good" customer service? Everyone was rude and there was no respect. (1/30/24 at 5pm)

Vegetarian options: Their veggie hoagie is my favorite hoagie.
Was closed at 7pm when they are supposed to be open till 9pm.

I have traveled to this location on at least 3 occasions and the store has always been closed even on the weekends which insane. Online app still allows you to place orders in some instances and location still shows open on such apps as Google. If your looking at this location I would try to call before hand to save your self some aggrevation.
