We ate in the bar the last two times. Our food took forever and it was delivered cold (soup and cheese queso). The bartender is friendly, but it seems to be a kink in the system. I sent a note via the website last time and never heard back. We tried again today and I left my contact information with the manager. Hopefully they will listen to the feedback. So disappointed; it used to be one of our favorites. Not sure we will be back.

Good food, good wine selection, expansive bourbon list, spectacular service, and the prices are fair.I had the rib and brisket plate with fries on my first outing there, and the chipotle flank steak with asparagus on the second. Both were excellent but I'd recommend the flank steak. I enjoyed the Boen Pinot Noir, sold by the glass. A solid wine.

Great place for a date night. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Lighting is dim, so I don't think I would recommend for babies/toddlers. Food service was incredibly fast. Wait staff were very attentive as well. Food was reasonably priced in my opinion. I had the beef brisket and BBQ chicken. Both had great flavor and were very tender. Highly recommend making reservations, as this place is commonly booked and without them you could have a long wait. Overall, I enjoyed my dining experience and look forward to our next visit.
Ordered the smoked brisket. Let me say horrible. The worst I have ever had at any restaurant. Food needs

Another great experience last night at the Cranberry location.Showed up 15 min early to our reservation because we were in the area shopping - we were sat immediately. I requested the bar area as it’s a bit more casual than the dining area. Ambience is great, service was great, drinks were great, food was excellent. Queso and salsa for an app, queso was fantastic. My wife got the short rib over mashed, I got the California burger, both delicious. Second great experience at this location, will be returning!

What a great place. The staff is so friendly and customer focused. The food was served hot and very tasty. The atmosphere is really cozy also. Highly recommend checking it out.

Server was excellent! Food delicious as usual and hostess was very polite and welcoming. Have come in the past and the first words out of their mouths were “Do you have a reservation?” Nice to be welcomed in and treated with a smile.
