We found the KFC location on Google but circled the parking lot twice looking for the entrance. Would be really great, recommended to more prominently identify that you have to enter via the "Grocery" door of Wal-Mart.We almost gave up but were really hungry for KFC and are glad we persevered.The order taker was friendly, nice, and helpful. (Unusual to come across that combo find anymore).Then a short wait later, we got the food exactly as ordered, fresh and hot. Handed to me by another friendly and happy employee.What a great ordering and filling experience.Then we ate the food and all was very good.Congrats KFC for having such great employees. The Fill Up Box was perfect collection of food and nice display. First time but definitely not last time, tried the nuggets, they exceeded expectations.

So my boyfriend and I went to get KFC because we really wanted it. The first thing that is said to us when we walk in is "what do you want" in my head I'm thinking well that was a rude greeting. We go to place our order and we are being rushed, I was starting to get very impatient. Wanda which was the woman taking our order asked if we wanted any dipping sauce, I said I would like extra ranch please and she goes "I can only give you two if you want more walmart is right there" I just say thank you and walk away. She had also asked us if we would like our order to go or for here, I said to go. we go to wait for our order and she says did you guys want it to go I said yes then she rudely goes to the kitchen and says "now they want it to go". We got our food and everything was right but the customer service was very rude and unprofessional. This took place at the KFC in walmart in cranberry.

Asked for some ranch, order taker got rude with me and said “we can’t just give out free ranch” I didn’t care if I had to buy it I just wanted ranch. She charged me 41¢ for 1 packet.

The food has been one of the worst I experienced ever. We had bought 4 burgers as it was getting late and all four had stale chicken that was rubbery, hard and tasteless. I never experienced this quality before. Giving 1 star as I can’t give below that.

DISGUSTING STAFF AND DISGUSTING FOOD. If you like expensive fast food that's not fresh and all dried out, then this place is for you. Employees who work there are extremely rude with nasty attitudes, and they look DIRTY (literally like they dont shower ). They shouldn't be working in customer service. What a mess. Needs to close down asap. ordered food here 1x and never will again. GROSS.
