I've eaten in, and taken out. I love their food and their bakery products. The personnel are always pleasant and helpful.

Just walked in 5 minutes before closing and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pumpkin bread was fantastic!

I stopped in late evening , to get some soup for my family . I was quite surprised by the homemade soup selection they had , especially being the end of the day. It looked like they were starting to clean up , but the girl behind the counter took my order right away , she was very attentive and told me I get free rolls with my quart of soup! I apologized to her for coming in late and she was very friendly , asking me if I needed anything else like sandwiches , pastries , salad and bread . Great customer service and great food. I hope to be back to eat in for lunch one of these days!

Came in this evening for a snack with my daughter . What a great soup selection they have! The cranberry apple salad was delicious! It’s been awhile since we have been in your store , and we were quite indecisive. It was comforting that my indecision was met with kindness and patience . The girl at counter with the short hair was very friendly and especially helpful when I was trying to choose a bread that my husband would like , once again , she was very patient. We will certainly be back!

I truly love this place but I came about 25 min before closing. I ordered a half sandwich and cup of soup. After the sandwich was made I was told the soup would have to be to go because it was already taken off the heat and wasn't safe to eat. Ugh so my dinner was a sad half sandwich. I left hungry. Keep your soup.on to closing or heat it up for your customers. It's nice that they care about food safety BUT I watched the gal asking my food grab a dishcloth, wipe her apron with it, and then wipe her hair before touching my food. Just disappointed

I love soup , that’s why I come to Loafers’s. Had a bad experience when I was here and I tell everyone about it . Soup is not left hot for customers at the end of the day . If you’re not going to serve it why be open? I found a place closer to the city that does soup flights , I’ll be reccomending that to my friends and family . Try something new , your food is going downhill along with your staff!!!!!! Disappointed

Outstanding staff, lots of fresh baked goods, their sourdough really hits the spot in the fall.

The staff there are extremely pleasant. Anytime I call ahead to pre-order muffins or check the kind of muffins they have that day, they are very nice and patient. The last time I called, I relayed that to the woman who took my order. The chicken salad is also one of my favorites.

Not only are the breads and food items delicious, their customer service is top notch! I was purchasing some bread today, and my indecision was met with patience and friendliness.

I would have really liked to try this place out but when I order the chicken salad the chicken was covered with a salty seasoning that I could not eat it. I threw it away.

Really amazing soft delicious breads. Delightful baked goods like biscotti, muffins and pies. Recently gotten the Struan bread at the Bellevue farmer's market, really nice to discover at the brick n mortar store their selections soups, salads and sandwiches.

This is the kind of place where the delicious smell of baking bread fills the air. The fresh-baked loaves are pricey and yet I don't mind paying for bread that tastes this good. We also tried the cinnamon rolls... dense yeasty goodness that is not too sweet. They have a large muffin assortment, scones, cookies and pies. Love it!

Great turkey sandwich on wheat... carvers turkey, not processed lunchmeat. The potato leak was not my favorite... to me it was mostly just cream, I'd love it to be more pureed potato and chicken broth base w a touch of ceam, ha, but maybe others like it your way.I look forward to trying my bread when I get home.Employees were friendly, polite, and helpful.
