McDonald's

This location has gotten worse every day. It was no wonder the place was empty of customers when i went in at 9:30 today. Apparently part of the problem is the apparent policy of not have customers receive counter assistance. I waited I couldnt get help so i left with the gift card that i may never get to use. Buyer beware. The place was very clean but that comes from people going other places that have customer service.

Ordered a plain hamburger ( which means nothing on it) Came with everything on it!!!! Ordered a mcflurry, 2nd month in row told ice cream still broken. For a new place, not very good.

Just sat in line in the drive through and got skipped 3 times by the 2nd ordering window. Not sure how this happens in a drive through line. Maybe I'm just hungry.

Stopped here once driving on the turnpike. Messed up my order. Got a flippant response from staff. Plenty of other options in the area to go to instead.

During the Grinch craze the workers kept their cool and worked as efficiently and fast and they could!

Kiosk ripped me off and never printed a receipt but sure charged me 30 dollars. Rose told me come back in after 24 hours even though it said it charged me 2 times on the citi website. Came back it was super busy. Asked for rose she was on the line I understand it was busy but waited 30 minutes no one came to help. Do I waste more time driving back to not get my money?

Long wait and terribly smashed, disassembled burger when I opened the wrapper. All of the special sauce was leaked outside of the sandwich and smeared on the wrapper. Most of the cheese hanging outside the bun. No receipt given. No napkins given. With no receipt, tried to make complaint to McDonald's Website for refund or a free burger. Anything at all. They said they sent the request back to Management at this McDs and they'd contact me. This was weeks ago and I've still never been contacted back about this issue.

I don't understand how everytime I come here the fries are cold and taste like they've been sitting there forever, the sweet tea always tastes like extremely watered down unsweetened tea, the chicken nuggets are cold, and my burger is maybe lukewarm if im lucky. How does this happen constantly? It makes absolutely no sense to me.

Mostly miserable or confused and stressed out teenagers employed. And I experienced a very long wait. But I didn't feel the staff was at fault for this. They are simply swamped with customers.
But why? What is it about McDonald's that people flock too. The rare occasion I visit one of these it's always the same. The drive through nearly wrapped around that building and the people waiting at the counter.
The staff can't keep up and the customers are rude. It's no wonder the staff looks like they hate their job.

Slowest service I've ever experienced at a mcdonalds. Over 40 minutes. I will never return to this location.

Drive through backed up, 15 people inside waiting for their orders. People waiting 30 minutes for their food. Terrible service.

Always polite and fries are usually hot

They close before 11pm on Fridays. It was 10:50pm and they were closed.

Finally I found a McDonald's that actually gets my order correct.
