I came to this McDonald’s and was in the drive-through was quickly responded to by the attendant, telling me “Will be with you in just one moment and let us know if you’re using the app”.
So I told them I will be using the app and I patiently waited.
A couple minutes went by and I asked “Am I waiting for you guys still?“.
No response.
I waited a minute and asked again.
No response.

At this point it had been about five minutes, so I pulled around to the window to see if I could get a hold of somebody and all the lights had been turned off. Apparently they were closing at nine and I was there a few minutes before they closed, but instead of telling me at the drive-through that they were closing which I would’ve been fine with instead they lied pretended like they were going to help me and waited for me to give up and leave while they finish closing the store.

I used to waitress for years. I get it how much it sucks when someone comes right before closing. But the hours on Google were not accurate so I had no idea they were closing in a couple minutes. And they certainly didn’t tell me. They just let me find out by leaving me sitting there for five minutes until I found out myself that they were closing.
I’m so unbelievably irritated at the immaturity to not just tell the truth.

I’ll never visit this location again.

Just had the worst double quarter pounder with cheese ever. No idea how someone looked at this mess, shoved it in a container, saw it and thought "that's acceptable", just a random pile of stuff. Tasted so bad, couldn't even finish it.

This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been too. The drive thru is the absolute worst. 4 cars in front of me and it takes 22 minutes to get my food and its cold because it has been sitting in a bag near the drive thru. Curb side use to be good, but the last few times it has been horrible. 12 minutes to get an order at a time when the restaurant isn't busy. They are just slow, the people who work there do not care and move at snail's pace. Drive the extra few minutes and go to the one in Cranberry on 19 South, no hassle at all.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been at the service is horrible I have never met a MANAGER that is so unprofessional and just overall stupid how are you gonna forget 5 items out of a 6 item order if you wanna spend money to get half or even less then what you payed for McDonald’s on 228 is the place to get what a disgrace

The manager was very nice even though we showed up at 10 minutes before closing....I was very hungry after the Erie Hockey game and the 2 hamburgers hit the spot
