This is one of the worst McDonald's in the entire northeastern US. Drive-thru and mobile order wait times are consistently 10+ minutes every time you visit. In the last 5+ visits, I've never once gotten any of the dipping sauces or napkins in DT or mobile orders. Crew is not properly / consistently trained either: on a Sunday afternoon, 3 people were working really hard while 4 younger crew were on their phones or joking around.

My wife and I stop here often. We had issues in the past with cleanliness of the restaurant. The owner of this establishment was both polite and prompt resolving our concerns.We will continue to stop here. I will update my review in the future if anything changes.

We were in Mars for a kids sporting event and stopped here after the meet. One of the cleaner McDonalds and definitely an improvement from some of them.

I always get good service at this location and the fries are always hot. I never have to wait for my food unless I order the quarter pounder.Pro tip: if you order the quarter pounder it's always freshly made! I didn't mind pulling my car over and waiting when my burger comes right off the grill!

Waited 8 minutes for breakfast this morning AFTER being in drive thru for 15 minutes. Not fast food in Crannberry but S-L-O-W food. To top it off, they had my order wrong. Typical lazy Cranberry people, a town I REFUSE to eat in any further.
