Lem, the manager, was just as impressive. Attentive, kind, and completely dialed in. I’m very observant, and he didn’t miss a thing happening in the restaurant.
Kevin was working the floor and also made a point to introduce himself—super sweet and welcoming.
And the food? Just as good as the service. We’ll definitely be back. Brisket was delicious!

First visit to this new eatery. Love the decor, ambiance and dedication to those who serve. The bone in ribs, pulled pork, classic sausage, beans, Mac n Cheese were great! The marble brisket was not a fav. The apple cobbler was amazing!!!! The array of sauces is super too!!! Fav was the classics and Tennessee Bell. Staff is GREAT and they are happy to be there working. We will definitely be back. I know this is a new place; but I would suggest buying a label maker to replace the blue painter tape hand written labels. LOVE the tool box for the condiments, straws, sugar etc. Bathrooms are nice. Love the sensor light switches. I’d add toilet seat protestors for your guests.

1st time there today for lunch!! We have been to events that were catered by mission bbq but this was our 1st time eating in!
Thanks to Anthony! He came out from the behind the counter to explain to us the menu.
We placed our order he came to the table to check on us.

Everything was fantastic! Waiting to order there are photos and stories to check out. Food was delicious, tea and lemonade both great! The lids and straws in the tool box is a great idea. My husband and I both enjoyed everything.

We have been waiting for a great BBQ spot in the area, always need a spot for dinner after Costco or Walmart shopping. We had seen this place under construction and they have finally opened.
We enkoyed the atmosphere, customer service and overall the BBQ was great. Tender meats and crispy fresh cut fries. We chose a 3 meat sampler and added fries and it was enough to fill both of us up. They also provide cornbread and 6 sauces on the table to pick from.
The Manager stopped by to ask if we needed anything more and when we were done and relaxing, an employee asked if he could clear our tray for us.
We definitely will be back and have addes this place to our list of dining options in Cranberry.
