I stopped here 3 times in the past week for self serve coffee to go. 3 bad experiences. First time they were out of Light Roast and Milk, which is what i wanted. So I got the Dark Roast with cream, which is usually fine. But this time the coffee was room temperature and so bitter and old that I could not even stomach the taste. I realky tried but it was actually making me sick to my stomach from how overly strong and bitter it was. Couldn't even finish more than a few sips before I hadcto dump it outside.
Second visit, they were out of Light Roast and Dark Roast . So I got Hazelnut, which I don't even like. At least that time the coffee was warm and drinkable.
Third visit, They were out of Light Roast once again and also out of both the Milk and Cream. So I had to use Almond Milk which i don't like but will take over nothing. Not great.
In Summary the self serve coffee station is always out of one or more coffees or has cold bitter coffee sitting out for who knows how long.
Also, There is always a mix of bad smells that hit me when walking in. Its always a mix of what smells like badly burned bagels, like a toaster that caught on fire, and some raw sewage or sulfur smell. This is a very unappetizing smell combination to walk into. Doesn't make me want to eat anything from the kitchen.
I will sometimes get a pastry if I'm realky hungry, and they're usually ok.

I went to Panera today to have a late lunch. I should have gotten a clue as soon as I walked in because of the crowd near the register. No one said anything so we placed an order at the kiosk. The cashier had just walked
Away from the register so no one was there to order at that area. After that my husband was waiting for his fountain drink cup and found out the wait for orders was approx one hour. We did get our order refunded and left. We asked the cashier why no one was notifying people before ordering. We were told they do at the register but they are not allowed to put up signs at the kiosk and she would have at the register. (She wasn’t there to take an order)
I understand it’s a holiday weekend, but, this visit does not make me want to return.

Absolutely terrible service. Nobody to help you, people walk by the counter without asking you to help or offering service. Never have anything to serve.
They never have any straws, lids, etc you ask and they act like it's such a problem for them to do their job.

I used to be an avid patron at Panera. However, after my experience this morning, I will not come back. It’s sad to se the decline of both the product and service

Right about a month ago, I stop here to get a dinner with my daughter, we order two soups, and two sandwiches which took about 35 minutes to prepare than we find out in a very rude matter that place was closed( even though there were patrons sitting aroun eating their orders)and we have to take our orders so. We were forced to eat them in our car since our home was still 1.1/2 hours away. So this would be my very final time to stop here even though Panera bread was one of my daughters favorite place. I would the the same for all you future customers, use your money where establishment appreciates you!

Didn't even get to order. Was warned by a staff member that any orders placed would take 45 minutes to an hour to prepare.

Huge SALAD sandwich but wrapped IDK how it all fell apart immediately and spilled EVERYWHERE. Not toasted either but that's something else. So, lesson is , if the Sammy is that big, don't wrap in in a tiny square . Please use larger wax butcher paper or extend the 2 pieces used in a square to make a longer rectangle so when humans pull it from the bag it does not explode into a million pieces. Thank you.

I love the food. Really do. But every time I go there they are out of something. They were out of Pastries, not one to be had in the store. No avocado. No bread bowls. Last time I was there they were out of Pastries and avocado. I wonder if the place is closing soon.

I originally wanted a soup bread bowl, however they were out of bread bowls. So I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich.
The sandwich I received only had about a tablespoon of filling. I was rather disappointed and don't plan to return again.

I have been waiting over 45 minutes for my to go order. I understand it’s busy and y’all may be understaffed, but I’ve never seen people move so slow. As someone who works in the restaurant industry I want to say it is extremely frustrating to watch y’all work without even an ounce of urgency.
I will not be back to this location as there was not even an apology or a “thanks for your patience”.
They need to hire more workers. Waited 45 minutes to get my food.
Food's fine, but don't expect to get what you want. I've (regretably) been to this location a half dozen times, usually before the dinner rush, and have been amazed every time at how much of their menu is "unavailable".
The last few times I have come they have been somewhere between mostly and ENTIRELY out of bread. How does a place with bread in the name run out of bread before dinner? I've had the bread bowl soup at other locations and I know it's amazing, but I've never had it at this location because they have never had it.
