Their soft pretzels are so tasty, favorable, and soft. Could go for a lightly salted version, but it is easy enough to knock off salt. Perfect snack price.

Jessica and the entire Cranberry Philadelphia Pretzel Factory team are amazing. So friendly and attentive to their customers. Jessica is also super supportive of the community. The pretzels, party trays and everything are also great. Wonderful for a parties, small get together or a quick snack. Highly recommended.

Excellent pretzels FRESHLY baked that are very fairly priced. Friendly quick service. Delicious! I believe their recipe is very similar to Wawa, which are my favorite, but I do not travel East as often anymore.

I like the pretzels here but on more than one occasion I’ve come 30+ minutes before the advertised closing time and the doors are locked. Unacceptable in my opinion. I can see a couple minutes early but this time was almost 45 minutes before the advertised closing time.

To start every experience I have had here has been great! I recently ordered online and arrived about 40 minutes before my scheduled pick up time, so my own fault there. That said they quickly prepared my order while I ran a few errands. When I arrived back about 15 minutes later everything was ready for pickup. Great place, fantastic pretzels!

Staff is super friendly. The manager's customer service is top notch. I love getting the party trays for our parties.

Ordered a tray of rivets online, and it was ready in like 20mins! Everyone was happy and loved them. I like the rivets because you can just grab and go. I should have ordered extra sauce. We ate up the cinnamon!!!

Fantastically operated version of the Philly Pretzel Factory!

The regular pretzels are good, but their made to order food can taste really metallic when they overcook them. We were told we would have a 6-7 minute wait, and the food was out in 3 minutes, so I wonder if they were rushing, leading to the metallic taste. My cheese steak bites were also cold in the middle. Wouldn't recommend.

Pretzels made cheap by the dozen. Rock sid need to warm before eating. Need to add butter to these pretzels to get that good taste to them and they need to be fresh.
