Excellent pretzels FRESHLY baked that are very fairly priced. Friendly quick service. Delicious! I believe their recipe is very similar to Wawa, which are my favorite, but I do not travel East as often anymore.

I like the pretzels here but on more than one occasion I’ve come 30+ minutes before the advertised closing time and the doors are locked. Unacceptable in my opinion. I can see a couple minutes early but this time was almost 45 minutes before the advertised closing time.

We go to the Philly Pretzel Factory in Cranberry every weekend while shopping, it is quick and easy and ALWAYS delicious, but the added bonus is the staff! Every employee is friendly and always ready to assist you, it is an absolute pleasure to go there! Great in every way!

To start every experience I have had here has been great! I recently ordered online and arrived about 40 minutes before my scheduled pick up time, so my own fault there. That said they quickly prepared my order while I ran a few errands. When I arrived back about 15 minutes later everything was ready for pickup. Great place, fantastic pretzels!

I was craving a pretzel (from Philly). Went and got one for me and one for my bf. Somehow they tasted burnt and funky on the outside and were raw inside. We both got sick later. I guess I'll have to wait until I'm back in Philly for a pretzel!

Ordered a tray of rivets online, and it was ready in like 20mins! Everyone was happy and loved them. I like the rivets because you can just grab and go. I should have ordered extra sauce. We ate up the cinnamon!!!

Ight so went the other day for a quick pretzel took a bite and was like WTF is that. Gave a bite to my girl and she instantly spit it out confirming the same thing... this pretzel tasted like straight old fish. Not sure if they keep fish in a freezer or something but it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had eating out where my pretzel tasted like fish. The pretzel seemed like it might be decent too but there's no getting over that one

The regular pretzels are good, but their made to order food can taste really metallic when they overcook them. We were told we would have a 6-7 minute wait, and the food was out in 3 minutes, so I wonder if they were rushing, leading to the metallic taste. My cheese steak bites were also cold in the middle. Wouldn't recommend.

Wowza so good!! First time for me trying Philly Pretzel I could not believe how good they are so fresh! Hot and crispy on outside and soft and chewy on inside. Very good prices for the pretzels and staff was very friendly. Can`t wait to visit again I am now thinking every time I visit Cranberry LOL

Pretzels made cheap by the dozen. Rock sid need to warm before eating. Need to add butter to these pretzels to get that good taste to them and they need to be fresh.
