First off— In order to even place an order over the phone, you speak with people that are hard to understand with a huge language barrier. You cannot speak directly to the store. We ordered Buffalo chicken pizza and boneless wings. We got bone-in wings and pizza with marinara sauce, sausage and chicken. When trying to call the location to speak with someone about the order… YOU CANT. Literally cannot get in touch with the specific location to get your order fixed or a refund....read full review
A huge "Thank You!" from all the employees at the Cranberry Mall Giant Eagle. Today this Pizza Hut delivered free pizza's for our employees. We really appreciated it. Bring as busy as it was... it was the only opportunity most of us had time to eat. Thank you so very much for thinking of us and for your kindness and generosity!
I have previously raved about this location but today we ordered pizza for take you child to work day and not only did they not fill the order....they told us we couldn't order again. Things get messed up, I understand. But for a general manager to be the jerk he was and refuse to even make pizzas if we reorder is ridiculous. My opinion has completely changed. I don't know if there was a change of management but there should be after today.
