We ended up at Pizza IQ kind of by fate. We had a brief stop in the Cranberry area and pulled up a few pizza spots nearby, but when we got to the first place we were considering, it was closed. Instead of calling it quits, we pivoted and gave Pizza IQ a shot—and I’m really glad we did.

We ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, and onions, and it came out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. The crust held up nicely, the flavors were balanced, and the cheese was the standout—rich and melty without being overly greasy.

The best part was getting to chat with the owner, Steve, who was super friendly and clearly takes pride in what they’re doing. He mentioned their cheese blend, and honestly… you can taste the difference. It adds a little extra depth and bite that makes the pizza feel more flavorful than your typical slice-shop pie.

If you’re in the Cranberry area and need a reliable pizza stop (especially when other places let you down), Pizza IQ is absolutely worth it. We’ll be back.

Attentive service and excellent pizza, with just the right amount of char flavor. The spinach feta salad was good but not great. This review reflects two visits.

I frequent this place because I travel for work in the area multiple times a week. It can be hard to find quick and easy vegan options while on the go, but they offer plant based cheese here. The pizza can be ordered online and picked up at a drive-thru window. The food is good and I never have to wait. The staff is always friendly and polite and greet me by name.

Nice pizza, good service, friendly staff. Just the cheese in the cheese balls are a bit dry. Probably overcooked. Good vegetarian options.

Being a Cranberry Township native I grew up on Pizza Roma. When they closed, I didn’t know where to go. Yes there are lots of pizza places and I’ve been to all of them but none of them could fill the void of Pizza Roma for me.

Well, as it turns out Pizza IQ is the only pizza shop my family can agree on and I find myself going back very often craving their pizza. The thing is, it’s not just one kind of pizza I like there, it’s any pizza.

So far, we’ve had the usuals like plain, and pepperoni, but you can get diced pepperoni (more like julienne cut in strips). I’m here to tell you, this is how pepperoni pizza should be made. We’ve also had the spinach and feta, bbq chicken and buffalo chicken. The cheesy breadsticks and garlic sauce are phenomenal too. The garlic sauce is so good, it’s a great idea to just order a cup to dip your crust in.

If you’re familiar with Frank’s pizza in Millvale (and other locations) they are known for their buffalo chicken pizza and home made ranch. It’s legendary if you’re around Shaler.

Well guess what? Pizza IQ has the closest, and dare I say maybe even…better buffalo chicken pizza? Side note, you do need to add a cup of ranch on the side, otherwise you just get a drizzle of ranch on top.

I prefer to pick up my pizza over delivery too, so their pickup window is extremely convenient when I’m hurrying home after work. I love ordering from the website on my phone and going to the pickup window.

Also, their small 6 cut in the picture is the size of most medium pies from other shops. They knocked it out of the park and I can see them being Cranberry for a long time.
