Pizza Joe's is one of the best and most promimemt local pizza chains in Pennsylvania and Ohio. It is nice to know that they offer rectangular Sicilian slices of pizza that most modern or nationwide pizza chains don't usually offer.

I have frequented the Cranberry Pizza Joes location for years and have been very satisfied with their food and service. Tonight, I went to pick up my food only to realize when I got home that my Pizza was incorrect. I ordered a cheese pizza with extra sauce only to have a bacon ranch pizza in my box. Now this pizza looked amazing and normally, I will eat whatever/pick off toppings, but I'm allergic to pork. I called the shop to let them know and they immediately said they would remake it for me and deliver it to me despite being out of the delivery area. It didn't take them long to remake my pizza and deliver it - it was so hot and delicious! I think it was the best pizza I've had in awhile! I really appreciate them going above and beyond to make my evening.

I ordered a bacon pizza. They gave me a pizza with garlic butter. Called for them to fix it made the same pizza again with the wrong sauce.

The pizza is fine, their specialty pizza is very good when it’s done right, meaning cooked enough it’s not soggy. Unfortunately they won’t cook it well when you ask so you always end up with soggy pizza. Too bad they can’t follow simple requests and when you call to tell them they didn’t do any of the 3 things you asked for, they just respond with “anything else” The 2 in New Castle do it right and many pizza places in Cranberry do as well. Last time at this place! Not that they care!

I’ve been ordering from Pizza Joe’s for over 15 years, but after my recent experience, I’ll never go back.
When I called to place an order for a sub, I simply asked if they still made their sandwiches the same way. The woman on the phone confirmed that they did. So I proceeded with the delivery order.
But when my food was delivered, the man who brought it immediately asked, “Is there a reason why you’re questioning the way we make our subs?” I was completely shocked. He was rude, confrontational, and incredibly unprofessional. Then he said, “If you don’t like the way we make our subs then go order somewhere else, lady.” I was stunned and embarrassed.
I called the store to report the behavior and ask who the delivery driver was, only to find out it was the owner himself — Stephen. When I asked for his name, he told me it was him and then hung up on me. I tried to call back multiple times (15, to be exact), and every time he picked up and hung up immediately.
After being a loyal customer for 15 years, I was treated with complete disrespect. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, especially coming from the owner of the business.
I don’t even want to give this place 1 star.

Out of all the options in the area, this one is one step above dominos, but a lot more expensive. Id argue dominos is better on some days. Crust reminded me of Chuck.E Cheese. Pizza was super light on sauce and little flavor. Really wanted to like it, but no one was a fan. If it was priced more in line with the offering, it probably would have been more palatable

Had a pepperoni roll with garlic dipping sauce! Absolutely incredible! Just ordered a PJ stromboli. I have been search of a Stromboli in Cranberry Twp that actually fills it with full ingredients and tasty! Finally no lettuce or tomato inside!!!
