Visited for the first time during a recent trip to Pittsburgh. Amazing staff... professional, helpful, and friendly. Sandwiches were amazing!

Took over 10 minutes for the waitress to come and ask us for drinks... Took another 15 minutes to get the drinks and probably 20 minutes to get food. They were not busy at all in the restaurant. Our waitress never came back and another one came... She had an attitude. Won't be going to back to the Cranberry location

The food was dry. I had a steak and cheese sandwich and it was very dry and had barley any cheese on it. The service seemed slow and unacomodating. Possibly understaffed that Thursday night. Took forever to get drinks or refills.

Best ever love it
Visited here for the first time with a bunch of biker friends. They accommodated us and served us quickly. Food was delicious though there was a tad bit too much salt on the pretzel. 😜 Serving sizes were huge! The Reese's peanut butter pie was amazing!! Be prepared to gain at least 3 lb! Definitely recommend!

I have been to many Primanti locations over time, too many to count. I love them, generally. This one had the worst food presentation I have ever had. The need to fire the cook.

Is Primanti Bros a love it or hate it restaurant? I don't see the hype, soggy fries, and coleslaw that isn't even very flavorful? For those the do like it, enjoy.
Nat, Kayla, and Jaz are the absolute best!! I literally come here for them!
