Is Primanti Bros a love it or hate it restaurant? I don't see the hype, soggy fries, and coleslaw that isn't even very flavorful? For those the do like it, enjoy.

My Husband and I stopped at the Cranberry Primanti's on a Sunday. We were seated fairly quickly. It was our waitress who was so nice. She was young,but she was pleasant and tentative to our table. The food came out fast and hot. We had a great experience there !!

Complete disaster. The waiter was a disorganized mess. Kept forgetting things, glasses of water, drinks sat on the bar so long the ice was melted, rolled his eyes at one of the people in our party. Spoke with the manager, and he apologized and then did nothing to rectify the situation.
