Been here several times since my son loves smoothies. Service has always been adequate. Today I knew I was pushing the 8 o'clock closing time but saw that the "open" sign was still flashing and it was technically before 8 (albeit not much) so I got out of the car and opened the door and was greeted with "I'm sorry were closing." Fine. Turned around and left. Just turn off your open sign when you are going to stop serving and save both of us the trouble.

Excellent service by Pulp Cranberry lunch crew today! Welcoming, friendly and compassionate. Both ladies represented the brand professionally. I will definitely return. My wrap was fresh and delicious.I can't wait to try more as I travel through the menu!.

The smoothies are always flavorful (even if flavored wrong) but most of the staff lack the basic understanding of what no banana means. For whatever reason every time I go there, I say “no banana” they repeat it back, but still put banana in the smoothie 9/10 times. They even write it on the cup, and it still has banana. So 9/10 I have smoothie flavored like a freaking banana.

The girl that told her other coworkers that they’re gonna get a bad review on yelp is absolutely right. It took me 45 minutes of waiting in the store to get my online order. There were probably 3 other customers that came during my whole time in the store. They only started making my order after 45 minutes and then I got the wrong drink.

I ordered a dragon fruit bowl and it was a bowl of soup with a 3rd of a banana and a tablespoon of granola. I asked if it should be this runny and I was told sometimes it is-sometimes it isn’t….. first time customer and I won’t be back.
Pulp has great smoothies. The price is a little high. But it is fresh and delicious. When we arrived there were few customers. While we sat and chatted a line formed. The young workers quickly handled many orders. Definitely will return.
