The girl that told her other coworkers that they’re gonna get a bad review on yelp is absolutely right. It took me 45 minutes of waiting in the store to get my online order. There were probably 3 other customers that came during my whole time in the store. They only started making my order after 45 minutes and then I got the wrong drink.

Pulp has great smoothies. The price is a little high. But it is fresh and delicious. When we arrived there were few customers. While we sat and chatted a line formed. The young workers quickly handled many orders. Definitely will return.

Honestly, I come here semi-frequently because there aren't many smoothie places around here and I think this might be my last time. As per usual, the employees were completely avoidant and disinterested in the fact that people were walking in. Aside from one girl i see in the early afternoons who is always nice, the rest look like they'd rather die than be working there. I ordered a regular smoothie and good grief- there was a 3 inch gap at the top of empty space in the cup, it literally looked and tasted like they put the excess of another smoothing into a cup. I stood there and stared at the 2 girls working there in disbelief that they actually handed me a 2/3 full smoothie. They did not acknowledge me standing there and saying excuse me to them. I was so aggravated at this point I just left. I'm used to the poor service here and kept coming considering I actually like their smoothies sometimes, but goodness gracious this time was horrendous. I am 21 and have worked with plenty of customers to know that even if they put the minimal effort in, it would be better than what I just experienced 15 minutes ago. I'm sorry, but maybe try hiring some people that don't look like they wanna punch you every time they have to interact with a customer.

This particular store in Cranberry made a drink for me that is the same one I always get from any other store. It's a orange ginger elixir. I purchased drink and jumped on turnpike that's right by the store to head home. There was so much ginger in the drink it was burning as I sipped it. Couldn't do it. I usually enjoy it. I've enjoyed other drinks also. Guess I'll have to make sure before I leave the store. The other locations have been on point and enjoyable. I'll give it one more try.

I stayed near Pulp over this past week and visited the store twice. I really enjoyed my experience with each visit. I ordered the Raging Berry both time and it was incredible. One visit I ordered a Turkey Avocado wrap. The wrap was delicious, but had (I can't believe I'm saying this) too much avocado on it.I don't have smoothie places near me, so I can't wait to come back again!

Pulp is always a hit with my wife and I. We've been there several times, but I never actually asked if they could substitute an ingredient to a signature smoothie till today. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to. Thus avoiding an allergen for me and finding a new favorite: the elite eight!The wait time for your smoothie is never more than 10 mns. And I appreciate that you can watch them make your orders.The staff is also always pleasant and well mannered.

Smoothie was good. Get rid of styrofoam. Workers didn’t even look at me in the face to take my order, or even to give me my order. Dropped it on the counter. They looked annoyed there were 3 customers in the store.. no manners. Neither one even smiled.

The menu itself is great, love my smoothie every time! The staff and service is horrible. I walked in at 5:35pm tonight and there was a lady in front of me waiting to be helped. There was a boy waiting for his drink and that was it. They helped the lady, gave both the guy and her their drinks and then i waited 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me, hi, hello, we will be right with you, nothing. A couple walked in and the one didn't say a word. She made a drink and a bowl for a doordash order and the second worker went into the back. I've worked in customer service and the food industry for YEARS. A "hi we will be right with you" goes a really long way i promise.

absolutely love this place. delicious smoothies, haven’t tried much of the food, but the options do appear very tasty and appetizing at the very least. definitely one of the best places to get smoothies in cranberry, not to mention a ton of options. it is a little pricey but the taste is worth it

My husband, myself and our 4 year old love Pulp Juice smoothies, but every time we visit the staff are always disinterested and you feel as though you're bothering them. Tonight was no exception. I stopped in by myself to get two smoothies and they made me so uncomfortable even walking through the door. I said hello and I was started at with an angry face, no response. They were cold and blunt, and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. The smoothies are great but not worth the level of discomfort every time you go in to order one and tonight was enough, I will not be returning.
