Cool atmosphere, terrible service. The food was cold, as well. It makes me sad, not long ago , this restaurant was top notch. Hopefully, it was just an off day.

Absolute worst place I’ve ever had in my entire life with the worst experience. Literally sat at the table and then a waitress came up to us and had no idea what was on the menu or how to help us to find what we are looking on. Place was completely dead and nobody was willing to help us. I have never ever seen a worse restaurant with a lack of customer service in my entire life. In cranberry this is a total disgrace to the customer service they should be showing. Will not be going back ever again.

Don’t waste your time. Went Sunday for awful wings and fries. Unhappy employees and empty place. Don’t see it being open much longer. They used to be great. Been going downhill for a few years. I think they hit rock bottom now.

Waited 45 min to get drinks. Too few people working the floor. The wings were good but my Tuesday special Sirlion was not good. Confusion on food delivery. Who got what mixed up order...666

Love Quaker Steak and Lube! The chicken wings, whether boned or boneless, are only enhanced by so many flavors! Of course for those competitive, how hot can you take your wings? And soon there will be more flavors in Atomic sauce! Enjoy!

I was told, I should of asked to be put on the waiting list, my son waited over a half hr for pickles for his burger... and we waited over a half hour for our check.. our waiter/waitress was barely there .... however the food was exceptional

Today at Quaker Steak and Lube in cranberry, 10 friends and I went to enjoy a nice meal and warm up after playing our Turkey Bowl. Yes i know it is not thanksgiving, but due to people being out of town it was moved back to today. We were there for a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes because the service was so slow. They forgot one persons wings in general, and only have use refills once because I had flagged down our waitress and asked her too. The food was good but it took an hour to come out, the checks were all messed up, charging people for stuff they did not order, combining checks when we had all asked for separate at the beginning of the meal, and giving people other people’s food on the bill. Then when we asked our waitress about the bill mistakes it took a good amount of time to change all of the bills and it was still messed up for some, but we were done waiting and all wanted to go lay down because we had just played a football game, and just paid what they gave us. One friend received a bill of $23 dollars, they took his card, came back and charged him $31. It was an outrageous experience with the service when all we wanted to do was enjoy some wings with friends. I would not recommend this restaurant to you if you ever need a place to go in cranberry, based on the fact it took so long and we were one of 4 tables in the whole restaurant.
Excellent staff, great service, and the food was outstanding. I ordered the Quaker Steak sandwich and pub chips with a side of beer cheese sauce for dipping. I would absolutely order those items again as the meal was quite delicious. Thank you to the staff for your courteous and prompt service. I will most definitely be returning soon for wing night or simply another great meal.

Restaurant was fairly dead when we arrived. Was seated promptly. Once seated, waitress was very overwhelmed for the amount of folks that were in there. Once we ordered our food, it took 40-45 minutes to get it (3 burgers, one philly steak sandwich). The philly came out wrong. We had them re-make it and it came out WRONG again. It came out a third time and still.....was wrong. Fries were good, the side that was ordered with the philly came out wrong as well but was corrected within minutes. Then, there was the check. Yup, that came out wrong too. Honestly, won't be going back as the service and the time it takes to get the food is not worth it, and our meals were free. Seems that they need a little training session in the kitchen as well as with the staff.

Waited 5 min to get seated when there were only two tables occupied in the whole place. When we got seated the waitress was cool, But the kitchen took forever. The table before us was still waiting after we got our wings. The food is average at best. No reason to return. Don’t waste your time. Food is not worth it.
