Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Gotta say, I was EXTREMELY HAPPY with the ribs I ordered! Not only that, I was also surprised how moist and tender they were. I was expecting a little dryness and toughness due to sitting around and got exactly the opposite! Will definitely be back!

It's been a long time since I went to a Red Robin. The burger was fantastic and the service was not to bad. I think it will be on my list again when thinking about going out.

We came in for dinner after the Steelers game. Our server was Hunter. He was FANTASTIC! Our whole family left saying how good of an experience we had, and it was because of him. He was so helpful with ordering, signing up a Red Robin account to get a free app, making sure our drinks were full. We did not have to ask for anything because he procured everything. What a great experience.

First off I ordered the jalapeño heat wave as you can see by my picture it’s not worth $20
Second the garlic fries are just their steak fries with a little bit of garlic & cheese sprinkle not worth the $3 upcharge if I wanted McDonald’s I would’ve went to McDonald’s
Then there’s the waiter messing with his face & playing with his beard won’t be back
If I hadn’t been with a group I would’ve just left

Only review you need! Great place to eat, a little pricy but overall a good use of money. All staff and managers are extremely welcoming and helpful! One toilet in the women’s restroom takes multiple times to flush and the locks on the stall doors do not properly lock. Definitely something they need to fix. Service is quick and waiters and hostesses are great. We came in last thursday and both the Hostess and our Waitress were excellent. Yes, we have had issues with our food, however, it is immediately fixed . I do recommend going here. Note they do not not take reservations which is a little disappointing.

Excellent food! I have never been disappointed here! Just went for my birthday and our server and the manager made sure everything was wonderful! Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, and great food! Can't ask for anything more. Also our favorite Red Robin location. Thank you!
