Very disappointed tonight. I ordered a pint and got home to find it was prepackaged on 7/20 (today is the 27th!) and hard as a rock. I let it thaw a bit on the counter and found it became ice crystals instead of the soft serve ice cream I was hoping for. In the trash it went.What a waste of money.

We always have a good experience here no matter what we order. The Italian ice and the custards are amazing. Whether you want a regular Italian ice or something with ice cream, you won't be disappointed. They have a good selection of Italian ice flavors with everything from Swedish fish, to raspberry, to wild cherry. The Swedish fish flavor is a on the sweet side, but that's to be expected. Overall great experience every time.

The Italian ice seemed watered down from what I remember and they make each item as soon as you mention it so it's a very inefficient way of completing orders when there's a long line.There's not a lot of parking either. I made the mistake of parking in the spot closest to the front of the store.A bunch of people in line were blocking my car, and even if they all moved, there still wouldn't be much space for me to back out. I waited almost an hour until enough people left so I could back out and leave.

YUM!! The new gummy bear flavor is actually really good, the gummy bears are nice and chewy. Line moved quickly and employees were nice. Gave good size portion of ice and custard.

We went to Rita's after dinner and wanted a special treat. Well we found out how good the custard cream is. We have not tried the ice yet so we will have to go back, but we had the chocolate, vanilla and Oreo. First even the small cone is big so come hungry. Also the custard is soft serve and about as creamy as you can get. So stop by and give yourself a treat. There are picnic tables so you don't drip melting custard in your car. Enjoy.
