Saga Hibachi Steak, Seafood and Sushi Bar

Our family visited here for hibachi on New Year's Eve (2024). Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, kind and attentive. There was 7 of us and our waitress was on top of whatever we needed. She promptly brought whatever we needed and our glasses were never empty. The filet, shrimp, scallops and sushi was all amazing and high quality! You know how sometimes when you're outside walking toward the restaurant and the smell of their food hits you and it makes you even more hungry and excited?! This is that place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Sat at the hibachi table. Food was not seasoned. The chef did not have enough food. First, one person had to wait while the waitress had the kitchen make extra rice. That same person ordered shrimp and scallops. Again, the waitress had to go to the kitchen to that person’s shrimp so her dinner would be complete. Some people had large portions of food and others minimal. This location did not live be up to other locations.

Worst food ever! Chicken has soggy texture. Rice isn’t fried. We ordered deep fried sushi as well and asked them if it was deep fried and they said yes, came out and was nothing fried. My son loves hibachi and he spit it out after the first bite. Waste of money. Ichiban, Yokoso, or nakama is the best move

Saga is the only place to do hibachi lunch now.
The quality is way better than any other.
Susan is a super kind and knowledgeable lady and she knows how to treat customers.
She offered us omakase, fresh sashimi and they were very impressive.
