We came into Sincerely Yogurt in Cranberry with tickets for three free 8oz yogurts. The place was completely unattended—no greeting, no staff visible, just silence. After standing around awkwardly, we helped ourselves, using the only cups available. When we placed our yogurts on the scale, the weights came out to 7.0, 8.4, and 9.8 oz. Instead of honoring the promotion or charging us a minor cost due to overage, we were charged $17.50. The employee, who finally appeared, told us that it was “8oz off, not 8oz free,” which is a bizarre and misleading claim that makes no clear mathematical or promotional sense. Maybe we used the wrong cups—but how would we know? No signage. No instructions. No one to guide us. Not even a simple “hello.” Just silence, followed by a bill for what should’ve been a straightforward, friendly experience. This isn't about the money—it’s the principle. The way we were treated was disrespectful and dismissive. If you’re going to offer a promotion, honor it clearly and properly. We left feeling cheated, not just out of a few dollars, but out of any semblance of proper customer service.

Some pretty good yogurt and various good flavors. I would suggest getting that pistachio as soon as possible. We had the kiwi strawberry and the Cherry amaretto which were pretty good. Lots of toppings to choose from as well

I love Sincerely Yo Gurt but they weren’t very sincere today. Allow me to tell you the tale of 2 wonderful young women who were left wonderless infront of a Yo Gurt store. Due to the lack of sincerity in the frozen Yo Gurt community the only location within a leap, hop, skip, or jump is no more. So these two teens trek to a terrifying town only to be terrorized by a singular girl. As they walked up to a neon less sign they felt the lack of neon in their core. This could only mean one thing, it’s gonna be a Gurt-less night. And dear, you know who you are(the girl who decided to lock that door 40 min before she was supposed too): ponder what you did today and the effect it had on others. Kind of a mediocre kind of place. I believe I tried the frozen yogurt a while ago, and just thought it was forgettable. But, I just now realized they also have items besides just froyo. For example, they also serve cookie dough, and I wanted to try it. So I did.
And it was pretty meh. It wasn’t the worst cookie dough I’ve had, but it certainly wasn’t impressive. In an odd way, it was kind of flavorless. They do offer several kinds of cookie dough, and I went the peanut butter cup and the chocolate chunk.
The chocolate chunk barley had any chocolate chunk pieces. The peanut butter didn’t have a strong nutty flavor. It was just kind of bland.
All in all, maybe I’ll come back for the froyo, but the cookie dough wasn’t worth it.

It works for the area. Prices are a bit high, especially for the do it yourself concept and only seemingly one employee working to finish orders, but it's not unexpected for the area and in the current economy.
The cake batter frozen yogurt I shared with my wife was good, and my kids enjoyed their choices, especially the amount of mix ins they could add in.
