Ice cream was great as always...although the worker was extremely rude and rushed us out. we came in 5 before closing (thinking it closed at 9) she immediately starting rushing us out and kicked everyone else, was rude to us about using the bathroom shut the door on us whenever we were leaving (while other people were trying to come in) ice cream was great but the customer service was not good!

I have been here a couple of times over the years with friends or my family. Always delicious and has a variety of options. I am a chocolate person, and my husband is more fruit or savory taste wise. We can both go here and find something delicious. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly as well. Great for family time or a cute hangout with friends.

Had a frozen yogurt sundae bar with all of the topping at our event tonight. The ladies who delivered the yogurt were wonderful and everyone loved the yogurt and the toppings. I highly recommend them for your next event! We will be visiting the store soon as well!

Delicious, and great variety. Staff is interesting. Toppings bar utensils were gunky, and when I staff was asked about a product sold the response I was given was “I don’t know.” Unsure if it was a newer employee, or a newer product - there should be some level of knowledge there.

I have been to sincerely yogurt twice now and both times it was a positive experience. Four stars because both times there were also non-working machines. I guess I'm not a huge fan of frozen yogurt because buying something by the weight seems fun until you get carried away and spend waaaaay more than is reasonable for a bowl of ice cream.The flavors were all really good, the service was friendly, and they had several little games at the tables you could play while eating. Good experience overall, I just think the cost is a little much if you're not careful!

Purchased a cup of the mixed chocolate & vanilla. All self serve. The girl weighed my cup,6.23 @ 9.44/1b, taxed .37¢ total came to $6.60. I put $1.00 in the tip cup, not sure why, it was all self serve..however a couple days later when checking my bank statement I was off by .26¢ Contacted the bank, because I narrowed it down to happening at Sincerely Yogurt. My receipt says $6.60, the bank withdrew $6.86.They said call Sin Yogurt. The girl told me there was a 3% card fee. This was not noted at the counter nor on my receipt. So if you think $6.60 with hidden fees giving a tip at a self serve is worth a cup of frozen yogurt - go for it
2 of the machines were broken so there weren't many flavor choices. There's also just not much room inside for sitting and it wasn't that clean. Finally, I knew that it was getting late so I checked on google to see when they were open until and I saw that we still had 1h45m until they close, but then a couple minutes later an employee came up and said that close in 5 minutes. So their online hours are not correct. Maybe I'm being harsh, but I don't think I'll be going back again unless they make some improvements.

So my son went to buy the family a quart of yogurt. They sold him half full for 10.00. When he complained about it the girl told him this is how the manager told us to fill it. The price of a full quart! This is ridiculous! I am livid I will not be returning

When I got there, no one greeted me but I thought they were just in the back area and didn’t think much of it until I got my order together and went to the register. No one was there.I waited a couple minutes and then yelled out to see if anyone was back there. I didn’t get a response so I thought maybe the person was tied up on the phone or bathroom or something. So I waited a bit longer then opened the closed the front door a couple of times to make it chime.When no one came out I called the number below and the phone just rang. When it finally got to voicemail, that was full. So I looked back into the kitchen and then put the back door thinking maybe someone was having a cigarette. No one was there, so I was getting ready to leave when I saw the worker approaching the store with her lunch.She walked to the register and when I said that I’d been waiting, she just responded, “well, they don’t let me take a break.”So your worker left the store unlocked, unoccupied with her purse sitting behind the counter and the register unlocked.I’ll let you connect the dots, but that could have been disastrous for you.

Iv always had good experiences with them but yesterday was horrible. Staff where great and I can't nessisarrly blamed them for this but the nuts were labeled wrong and im allergic to most nuts beside peanuts. I definitely did not get peanuts on my yogurt and now I think I might need to purchase a new toilet ?
