I went in there was one bathroom and it was closed the whole time then I got my drink started to drink it and halfway through it all became wiped cream 2 stars!!!!!!!

In the recent year the service has been extremely slow. On multiple occasions I have had to wait 15-25 minutes just for one drink even when it was not busy. I ordered a drink on July 25th and the guy who rang us out was extremely rude and did not take our order for at least 10 minutes when we were the only ones in line and the place was not busy. My friend wanted to order her birthday drink but she did not know she needed the app for at least 6 months and he acted very irritated with her.

This store has a wonderful and relaxing environment. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. When I went it was quite busy, but the Cafe was quiet. The store has Nice decor and is very welcoming. Great drinks, food, and fantastic staff. Thank you for a Wonderful visit!
Hunter is amazing. He helped me to decide what I wanted and was so pleasant and patient. A woman behind me in line was returning three large drinks -- not enough ice, too sweet, blah, blah, blah. I was taken aback (I'm not a regular at Starbucks), but Hunter was again pleasant and patient and served the customer with a smile. Starbucks is lucky to have an employee like Hunter.

I come here occasionally since it's close to work, and have noticed they go through an ebb and flow of staffing, much like any fast food establishment post-covid. As a result, sometimes the waits are a bit longer, or the order is made by someone new(er) and isn't correct. Regardless, they always strive to make it right, and tend to go above and beyond when this happens. I take notice of the faces that are mainstays, and their service is always impeccable. Lisa helped me yesterday afternoon and was an absolute gem, despite them obviously being busy and things a bit hectic. Great customer service from her!
