20250713 Picked up my Iced Venti Chai Latte with Soymilk before leaving the area to head home from my overnight stay. The drive thru is way in the back of the building, and I needed to circle around. It went very fast, and my drink was ready in top speed. The barista was very nice, and the drink tasted good, as expected.

Chairs were comfy, drinks were good! And the service was kind and quick. The only thing we couldn't ignore were the flies! We were trying to swat them away the entire time until we left😠(The medium ribbon crunch i got was $8 too which I've never seen a drink so expensive🥲)

Went into a completely empty store and ordered a Pike place with three pumps of sugar at 11:05am. I watched as at least 10 people walk through the door and went through the line and got their coffees and orders before me. Not a single employee asks me anything before I complain at 11:23. I asked for an update on my order the only response I get is was it a mobile order I say no and 3 at 11:26 minutes later someone brings me the coffee And it's wrong.
I get things are busy and I understand it's a hard job but the fact that there was no even apology or explanation or any type of customer service after I spent $6 on a coffee that's wrong and takes me 20 minutes to get is outrageous.

This is my go-to place for a pick-me-up when I’m out running errands. I order ahead on the app, and then I can just run in and grab my order, or else swing through the drive-thru if it’s not too long (there is often a wait). The baristas are always friendly, and with maybe only one or two exceptions over the years, my drink has come out the way I wanted it. I do recommend using the app and skipping the line, as it’s often long, especially at the drive-thru.

I went in there was one bathroom and it was closed the whole time then I got my drink started to drink it and halfway through it all became wiped cream 2 stars!!!!!!!
Typical Starbucks in food and drinks. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't always remember the differences in drinks. But they always help and with a smile
