Always takes FOREVER to get through the drive thru. Even during slow hours.
Every time I come here the inside is closed, cannot pick up to go orders inside, and must wait in extremely long drive thru lines (20 mins or more) to get your order. Also, doesn't tell you on the app that the inside is closed.
Drive through only. Main store locked. Massive line of cars? What the…?

This is my go-to Starbucks location. Many of the staff that have been here know me by name and are always very welcoming when I come in by greeting me and they even remember my order which is awesome!! Staff here are efficient and friendly even when they are crazy busy. They are accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and taken care of, and I truly appreciate that. ? You can see that everyone here works hard and they deserve a huge shout-out for their efforts!

Waiting 6 minutes at the counter while the blue hair brigade chats it up, ignoring the people in the actual store is… terrible. When the person finally got around to asking what we’d like, no “sorry about the wait” no… just an unenthusiastic “what can I get you?”

Slowest and dirtiest Starbucks EVER. We've been to the Seattle pike place starbucks numerous times; with a line out the door and down the sidewalk, it was faster than this with LESS people working there.

took 20 min to get a simple decafe coffee. Employee was annoyed that I ordered a decafe coffee and tried to convence me to place a different order so he would not have to brew a pot of decafe.
