Ordered a Pike coffee and waited while other orders were served. Employee who took the order ignored me until I asked the status of my order. Very loyal Starbucks customer but will not revisit this store.

I've been going to this Starbucks for about 2 years and it's okay just always feels like your waiting way longer then you need to. Personally I prefer to use the drive through, sometimes I order ahead but it really doesn't matter you'll still wait. Although let me get into a couple experiences I've had. I had pulled into the drive through and there were 3 cars ahead of me, figured I couldn't be in line more then 10 minutes. I was wrong, 20 minutes passed by time I pulled up to order. Waited another 10 minutes and finally got to the window to receive my order, and I see 3 starbucks employees just standing there. You'd think they'd be in a rush to get the line moving. I've had some good experiences, once I went to pick up a coffee with my girlfriend and the line was a little long but moving. And the order taker seemed to be having an amazing day. He made ordering fun with the accent he was doing and the fun jokes he was saying. (He was doing a cowboy accent) Greeted us with "Howdy!" And was quick. but the reason I'm even writing this is about the experience I had just the other day. Once again my girlfriend and I were going out for a coffee and got in line at the Starbucks. The line wasn't to bad, we got to the speaker and ordered. The order taker was nice, the issue is when I pulled up to the window to pay. we were in like for about 10 minutes now, not bad for this Starbucks. The employee opens the window and reaches out with the credit card reader. I had a $20 in my hand, that I handed the employee. The employees face changed to a "really" "" kind of face after seeing the cash. They angrily put the credit card scanner down and grabbed my $20. The window shut and opened about 30 seconds later with the wrong change. I wasn't about to complain about cents but still a mistake. We then sat for what felt like 10 minutes, was probably actually about 7, and we got our coffees and a little cookie treat. As I was pulling away I said "Thank you" and was just given a side eye. After we pulled out my girlfriend checked our coffees and noticed they were only filled halfway with coffee. basically paid for two coffees but only received one, and they didn't even taste like what we ordered. I understand that paying electronically is quicker and easier then cash. But getting that type of treatment after handing the employee cash to pay isn't right.

3 people, they're closing at 6:30 and had 1 person making drinks, we ordered early on the app as we were in a rush, waited 10 minutes after showing up and we had ordered 10 minutes before arriving and asked them to cancel since we were going to be late, they said they couldn't cancel mobile orders and weren't even close to making our drinks. Clean up when you're closed and utilize your staff for customer orders and helping fulfill them...not so they can close early at 6:30 and immediately leave. Wouldn't recommend using this location.

Beyond frustrated that after 7 months they still can't fix the huge pothole when you are leaving their parking lot. Every time you try to exit through the extremely narrow exit, you drop into this and everything you are holding spills everywhere!!!!! Starbucks get your act together!! We are here multiple times per week and this is beyond unacceptable.

First time going to this Starbucks and I must say that the drive thru was quick, efficient and she was very friendly. Will go every time I'm in the area.

Staying at the residence inn. Walk in customers get pushed to the back and typically takes about 10-15 minutes to get a simple espresso. Now...I end up getting in my car, driving 100 feet, way faster in drive through....why? No idea.

A typical Starbucks experience. Kind service. Tons of orders and people but wait time wasn't long. If you order a large of any drink, the cup is only 3/4 full at this location. May as well just get a grande.
Overall the workers are miserable and slow. I live down the road but 9 out of 10 times I'll drive the extra 10 mins to the next Starbucks. No matter which way I order, I'm always disappointed in the attitude of the workers.

Today I ordered the same drink I have gotten many times and she charged me two dollars extra. I tried to ask why and she told me what was in a drink and I explained it it should be two dollars cheaper. Every other time I bought but she proceeded to argued with me. She tried to make me pay nine dollars for a drink. Yeah no thank you!!

My iced latte was delicious but I did not enjoy my experience here. I never work on school work in public places but I was travelling and needed a relaxing place to connect to WiFi and work on a paper. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO DO THIS! This is the single loudest coffee shop I've ever been too. The music was blaring far to loud to relax. I dont mind that employees socialize with one another but they were so darn loud I could hear them over my headphones. I was so distracted and unfocused that it took way longer than usual to submit my assignment. I've been to dozens of Starbucks and never had an experience like this

We are taking over 50 kids on a college tour and stopped at this freedom Rd Starbucks unexpectedly and the staff have been so patient and courteous taking all of our orders and service us with a smile. Thank you!!! ☺️☺️

Slow and drinks are not consistent. Either the machines aren’t cleaned regularly or they are letting the espresso sit for too long because it doesn’t taste fresh. Avoid this location on Friday AM, I’ve waited 30 mins for a single mobile order drink. Overall staff friendly but they cannot handle the high volume.
