I stopped in to grab two meals real quick and the fixings that I needed weren't available. I ordered a promotional cup and they didn't have them at all even after having the promotions posted in the store. My whole visit wasn't up to par. I entered feeling great and left feeling like I was missing something. The food tasted o.k. but my experience was limited.

I have been eating at Subway's for over 30 years and I just had the WORST meatball hoagie ever in my life. Every meatball including the sauce was burnt and tasted six weeks old. I threw the second half away which only had 2 meatballs on it. The employees are to blame to a certain extent, but ownership is absolutely pathetic, no leadership at all. Don't waist your time or money. The place should be closed, instead of working their employees ragged and serving trash.

Today Sat May 24, 2025 at 5:45pm the guy that was smoking outside as we came in to order some subs was smoking a cigarette outside the subway and followed us in.
Went behind the counter looked at us and said “how can I help you?”
Didn’t even wash his hands or anything. We just walked out and went a couple doors down for some burritos.

3/17/25 around 1pm My fiancé had went in to order my sub because i am pregnant and wasn’t feeling well. after being told he had to wait for online orders to be made that came after he had been greeted. the girl who was making my sub had an okay attitude UNTIL he mentioned the sub was for his fiancé which i found very odd and unprofessional. as for my sub the whole thing was rushed and botched barely any cold toppings which is wild to me seeing that all i asked for was mayonnaise, cucumbers and tomatoes not much to ask for in my opinion. he also had to ask for a bag which i’ve also never had to do. i wish i had a name because as a manager i truly feel the employees that were there need to be sat down and retaught their customer service and job. i have never experienced such horrible experience from a subway before.
This location always makes our salads so tidy ☆ Thanks kindly for your good work~

As someone else noted, the Hours of Operation are inaccurate. Online/sign on door says 10A. It’s 10:30A and the door is still locked and the open sign is off. People have also noted the rude employee - and they aren’t lying. I’ve stopped going to this location because you’re made to feel as though you’re inconveniencing her. Very short and rude with customers. It’s just not a good experience.

Absolutely ridiculous. We were told one price and they tried to charge us several more dollars despite what their signs say regarding add ons and hoagie prices. Never coming back to this location. The review is making me five stars and it would be 0 stars as it was a horrible experience.

Ordered Pizza sub was 3 pieces of pepperoni 2 pieces of cheese and sauce thanks for ruining my lunch that sandwich was not made correct and should appeared to be for a little kid never will i return yep that was me there today at 3:05 pm on 5-29
