This place is an absolute joke! Went in and needed 2 footlongs, had to wait 15 mins for this guy to come out of hiding. While he was making my sandwiches he kept rolling up his stupid sleeves and making his shirt look like a cut off. I asked nicely for him to change his gloves and he said no. I told him that was gross and I would contact corporate he then said go ahead they won’t fire me bc they are understaffed. DISGUSTING! 🤮

I was there on Friday the 12th , and I saw the district manager scream at another employee to the point I guess they walked out or something. It was disgraceful behavior and I will NOT be returning solely because of that. I will be calling corporate.
Was just in at my local subway, the district manager Linda was extremely rude and so disrespectful. My sandwich was made wrong so when I asked her if she could fix it she said “just eat it, why would you wait till the end to say something “ that is crazy to me! I’m sorry but I couldn’t tell them bc the girl already seemed so stressed. I will NOT. Be back!!!! This subway has gone downhill since Kristen and Will left. I used to go in every other day. Nope not anymore!!! Ridiculous

Absolutely horrible customer service. My order wasn’t a top priority because it was an “online” order. I went to pick it up and half of it was done. I waited another 30 minutes before it was ready. The lady was extremely rude, slammed my food down, all the sandwiches were wrong and every thing was cold. Horrible, horrible service. I would not recommend this place and the rude lady behind the counter needs to find another job. Corporate will be called.

I was in on Monday and the district manager there was very rude and disrespectful. She kept complaining about not having any staff and why they couldn’t just come to work. I am sorry but I have visited frequently at this location and this is the first time I have ever seen her. I normally see the GM and her husband and they are great employees who thrive in chaos. They need more workers than just the 2. I will not be coming back when your district manager is there.

I picked up a catering order and Kristen had it all ready to go for me, brought it out promptly. She left me a note in the bag explaining how she labeled each meal box. I appreciate her attention to detail. At the time I picked it up, it was the lunch hour, and she had a very long line of customers, including an online customer that came to pick up and myself that came to pick up at the same time. She was clearly swamped but did not act frazzled or stressed. She kept her composure and kept a smile on her face.
Went into subway yesterday and the GM was working Kristen. I just want to say wow! That girl deserves a raise! It was her by herself with a long line. She kept her composure and apologized to everyone about the wait and knocked everyone’s orders out in a matter of minutes. I’m not sure why she was alone she could have used the help but wow. She was awesome

The guy was really nice, and had a great attitude! He chatted the whole time with me, wich i needed that day! I'm pretty sure his name said will. Thanks for being an awesome guy!
If I could give negative stars I would. Everything about this place is absolutely horrible but the employees are the worst part. They need a entire new staff tbh.
I have never had an issue with this subway in all the years I've been going there to get food up until today, I had placed an online order and drove to get it (from oil city) & when i got there it wasn't ready, the lady had told me that they've been having trouble with there online ordering ( i can understand because ive worked in the food industry before myself) but honestly she also being nasty about it & rude, she didn't offer to make the order I placed ans refused to give a number to complain, absolutely nothing! especially when I drove all that way to pick it up, needless to say I am done going to this subway! Absolutely disgusted with the service I just encountered today
