We went to buy food and they gave us tacos that had basically nothing in them. I'll be posting the pictures after. I called and complained and the manager told me they would make it right. We did get a receipt for the food and today we go back and are basically told that we are liars. The is not the first time we've had issues there. Another time we went through the drive thru and gave the person at the windows 20 dollars. And the total had some change so we said oh we have the change one second and it was like 4 cents or something small like that. We gave her the money and she closed the window. She gave us our food and we asked where our change was and she told use we gave her a 10. Even if we have you a 10 where would the change from the 10 be? The manager had to look and see and sure enough we gave them a 20. We were owed like 8 dollars. They need to train there employees better. As for the tacos we were told that they have to put a specific amount of food in them I told them if I show you these tacos you want to tell me that this is the amount you are meant to be putting in them? Not often does a fast food place get it right but Taco Bell got it right. My girlfriend came in a few days ago and ordered chicken chalupa combo and replaced taco with Doritos locos taco supreme and got an extra one. When we got home we noticed we had neither Doritos locos. We called up and Randy stated we need only show up and the tacos would be made at that time whenever se decided to come back. We came back the next day and informed them that Randy said come back and let them know. Well the cashier did not know what to do so she said she couldn’t do anything. We were upset and really didn’t want to ever come back to this Taco Bell. I was leaving work yesterday and wanted to surprise my girlfriend with Taco Bell for dinner big spender I know. The closest one was this location I go in and the GM Jim comes out to make sure I’m alright. I informed him about my last couple interactions and without hesitation he made it right he immediately replaced the two supreme locos tacos and even was kind enough to cover my order. Very very well done and really putting the customer first. Thank you Jim
Have some problems filling mobile orders accurately (i suspect they dont get too many), but were quick to fix the error. Inside is well kept. Clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff. Five star for attitude, three for accuracy, I gave em a 4 for service . I suspect that will get ironed out over time, though.

Food was ess than mediocre,unhappy atmosphere,service left a lot to be desired.i would not recommend this establishment.Be better off to demolish it and put something in that isn't a restaurant, bar or church.Example: a shooting range with tactical training for citizens to learn how to protect themselves and family from a tyrannical government and the increasing amount of criminals that are pouring into our country.
