Go during the day, nigh shift is lazy, said it would take a half hr to make more chicken as they where out (mind you most of the menu is chicken) when it only takes 10 minutes and when she gave us another option the cook look pissed she said stake, it's clear he was hoping she just say ground beef so he didn't have to do much work ?♀️ then they forgot my order in the bag and I had to go in and get it which I'm glad I noticed before getting to far cuz I don't live very close to this place like most as this location is in a rural area so they need to do better.

I know it's just a taco bell but you could not ask for worse service. Everything's going wrong. They hear backed up out the door in the drive-thru is backup out of the parking lot and instead of being a decent manager and getting everybody calm and organized, all she's doing is screaming and yelling profanities at all for workers because they ask for a rule of change for their drawer. She should not have a job.

I normally don’t have any issues at this location. Three days ago I did a mobile order of 6 grilled chicken burritos and an order of nacho fries. The portions of all of them were horrible. I had people ask if I had it delivered because it looked as if someone had eaten the food and given me what they dropped. (See pictures, did not eat anything)
