I ordered 6 wings just to try them before I ordered a large amount for my family and I'm glad I decided to try it first. I ordered Buffalo hot which is very mild and the wings are definitely not jumbo. 5 of them were smaller than average and then the average wing was underdone. The wings weren't coated with sauce.That's all they do is pour some sauce on them in the to go container so you have to slap them around and try and get them to be covered with sauce, which I don't get at all.It's so simple to just put it in a bowl and sauce all of them! It cost me over $11 for 6 wings. Then they want you to automatically tip twenty five percent. I did not. There are many wing places around here and I will definitely be going somewhere else.

Talk about fate, my family and I were lost while looking for a completely different restaurant. The persons we asked directions from included the manager of Smokey Bones. After providing proper directions, the manager offered: "You should come to my for a great meal...just saying." 15-minutes later my family and I were seated and preparing to enjoy well-prepared meals: burgers, wings and brisket; fries, cole-slaw as sides. Deb was our server and worked to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. The manager gifted us a 'Friends & Family' discount on cost of the meal. Much appreciated. We shall return!

The food and atmosphere were wonderful. our sever, Deb was very nice and friendly. She did an outstanding job at letting us know how to read the menu. We will definitely be back in the future.

We did not eat at this restaurant. We walked in and no one even acknowledged us. As we made our way to our table we noticed the waitress in our section seemed very stressed and angry. There were very few diners in this area but she seemed quite overwhelmed. We sat there and eventually she storms by us and throws our menus on our table and yells out something about being out of mushrooms and brisket. Eventually we decided to leave and dine somewhere else. Even though we had no vehicle sinve we were only staying there after a flight cancellation to London. As we are leaving the server yells across the room. "Chic Fillet is right across the street!*. It turned out for the best sine we ended up at Patrons and had some great Mexican food and margaritas. The server was lovely and super friendly.

Loved going into the establishment since the past 2 years I hardly went anywhere where I didn't take food to go with me. It was not busy so this made it feel safe. The service was excellent even through they were short handed with staff. The food was very good. I enjoyed it much.
We were visiting Pittsburgh for a volleyball tournament and needed a place to accommodate 25 players and parents. Deb made it happen and they were able to get drinks and food out and make everyone happy.

from Greenville Pennsylvania anytime we are in cranberry twp smokey bones is the only place we eat at best ribs anywhere, and the help is very helpful and attentive to our needs. great place

I figured I'd give it a try and wasn't really that impressed if I were you I'd much rather pay the extra few bucks and go to Big Shot Bobs on Rt19 Way more superior wing compared to this "Wing experience" there is nothing to experience here so sad sorry to say this is 2 thumbs down from this guy
